    We have watched all ur youtube videos ur killing it. we just got our melco 16x it was based off ur videos on making our choice for melco. we are having a hard time finding a good digitizer would you mind sharing who you use

    I work with this type of thread, and it's a pain in the a.. But maybe I got some tips for you. The main problem is how the thread comes from the spool, you must turn the spool sideways that the thread comes how it was threaded. You need a metallic needle or at least a 80. The small letters density 0.44, and the maschine should run slow not higher then 600rpm.
    With all of this you should have less threadbreaks, but they will appear more when the spool is coming to the end.

    Use a 90/14 needle and slower speed.

    @ParsonsDesigns Hi! Thanks for your videos! I love the reference at the beginning - very encouraging! We are still new to the game but have you tried adjusting the tension too?
