What's Inside A Disposable Vape Pen

This disposable vape pen was made out of metal so I had to peel the outer layer off with a pliers.
I tried CBD for relaxation, but it didn't work for me. I think working out at least 2 times a week and eating whole foods works for reducing stress, and it's cheaper. This 250mg CBD disposable vape was about $30 and only lasted a couple days.
