Thanks and happy to hear that! We will have more videos coming out soon. Guitars in the line up include Ignacio Fleta cedar top, ex Eliot Fisk (his guitar for 27 years) 1873 Vicente Arias, David Rubio, Manuel Velazquez and possibly one of mine. Depending on time we might get around to the 1970 Bernabe I have.....
There is some augmented reverb but its not as much as you'd think. Frank has done an enormous amount of work to get as "true" a sound as possible and this video was earlier on the process. The issue is that what you get when you record is not really a true to the instrument at all so the combination of the room and technology is a balancing act for sure.
We were lucky to have Frank, what musical hands!
Agreed. A dear and dearly missed brother
Fantastic playing, what a musical instrument,is there nothing this guitar cannot do in the hand of a talented musician.
Absolutely world class instrument and playing...
Yowza! What a great performance! I miss Frank.
what a brilliant sound !
Thanks for sharing,
Wolfgang
I'm from Brazil, great interpretation. Go away! Don't stop play!
superb instrument and playing...now I want a Romanillos. Oh well!
Sounds very familiar to me. The Torres kind of sound that Romanillos have. Love it !
Yes that was (is) a particularly lovely Romanillos. Glad you like it!
Beautiful.

Segovia would approve!😀👍
Bela interpretação bravo.
seems lightweight guitar and easy to play
Is the room that reverberant? Wow. Expressive playing but it would have been nice to hear the dry signal of this instrument.
