Every day we need to make choices to love, to forgive, to be truthful, and to be faithful, in our dealings with ourselves and with all those we meet. The older I get, the closer to that “new heavens and new earth” I get. Although my children might like me to live forever, I know that that is unrealistic! Because of my faith in the promise of Christ, death holds no fear. May you be able to say the same. Thank You FATHER,
God will give us the desires of our heart, but the first desire of our heart should be to serve Christ Himself. When we have Christ as our chief desire, all of the other desires of our heart will be submitted to His lordship, and we can willingly pray, 'Not my will, but Thine be done.' When that happens, God will give us our hearts' desire, which will also be His desire for us!❤

Interesting that you mention about the number 13 being a problematic number. I remember at the age of 13 that everything went against me in my life. I had serious opposition from unreasonable people, accidents, bad things happen to my family, and a lot more. All happening to me at age 13. It was also the year that sodomites were trying to make their impression on me the most. I was even feeling suicidal and unloved during that time. If I had no belief whatsoever in Christianity at the time, I would have been dead long ago at that point.
