In the past, beer kegs were used on hot rods. Just buy a Heineken mini keg and when its empty youve got a tank.

I made a 5 horse Flathead mini bike run on moonshine once 😊 the gas tanks were 2 Mason jars mounted side by side on the frame top tube that I drilled a hole in the glass and jb welded hose fittings and put 3 petcocks, two to feed the carburetor, and one to pour a shot😂🥃

Genius idea, makes for a clean installation. The only drawback I see are the potential leaks of multiple plugged holes.

I went with the 2L tank, double the size but comes in handy for long trips.

great idea and vid but i think i'd leave the sight hose on with such a small tank. I try to use the stock tanks all I can but with the mega motos it can be tricky. They need to just make a tank for those mm80 and mm212 frames to go up in that triangular wasted space portion of the frame. Personally I like to have 1-2 gals for the long rides I do here in se ky on these back roads. I'd drill a couple holes in that threaded portion of the elbow to try and get as much of the gas out of the tank since its so small.

Interesting side note. The integrated frame tank on my Phatmoto has a fill tube that extends slightly into the tank with a vent hole at the top of the threads. I’ve never had any splash leaks from it while riding.

Awful small for me maybe, looks like a great idea though.
I ride offroad and get kinda far away from the house for only a little fuel.
That is the problem I an having trying to save on a fuel tank.
However this will be great for the drag bike I was thinking of.

How much feet of chain to fit for a mega moto 105? And would a 12tooth clutch 35 chain work on a 60t sprocket 420 chain

We've been running these on drag minis for years. Do not solid mount them, they will break.

Same here. I have run a smaller version of this tank on the Azusa bike for quite a few years now. One of the first bikes on the channel Awesome tank for the price. ruclips.net/video/8wVMdDTutPQ/видео.html

Being that the fuel line is at the bottom of the tank and carb would be higher. Since the fuel would have to go up to get to the carb how would it flow?

I use a pulse pump on many of the bikes on the channel with this set up. Check out the playlist.

This is gonna be an off topic question… so I have a tillotson 212 engine, I’m trying to swap the classic 196 on a Coleman ct200u a everything was going good for almost an hour, then the clutch seemed to start slipping and making this really loud scraping sound, I don’t want to run the engine without knowing what’s wrong. Keep in mind that I’ve put the og jackshaft on, I’ve heard of other people doing that so I didn’t think it would be a big deal. I have a torque converter coming in soon I’m pretty new to this whole thing so don’t judge to hard lol, my question is can a tillitson 212 work with the jackshaft or am I going to ruin the engine? Also what is the best option for a tillotson 212 in terms of clutch vs torque converter vs straight chain? Anybody can give their best advice thanks.

Does anyone know a good tank option for a mega moto 80 with a predator 212? I don't want to pay 100 dollars for the other tank but if I do what ways can I mount that.
