1:51 we do have many tajima heads but check at 1:50 letters are terrible (even on I-tm part), line below the letters also inconsistent (thick to think) either machine has issues or terrible digitizing

He is right I did fix the quality of the video to 1080p and the letters are horrible, I don't know what costumer service have to do with this could be a error, a real bad error! Or the machine is not good.
it seems only digitizing problem. I heard quality by Tajima machine is great enough. plus, AI thread control sounds amazing, auto bobbin changer is shocking. what are SWF doing...... while Japan made those awesome machines.... damn Korean government and useless politicians.
Agree. Doesn't look good at all. I don't know any shop nor client that would be happy with that quality. I know regular tajimas stitch way better than what is showing on this video. We don't know if it is really bad digitizing or this new system has issues.
