Sir , how the raping system is working

In an electrostatic precipitator (ESP), the rapping system dislodges accumulated particulate matter from the collection plates and discharge electrodes to maintain efficiency. This system can be mechanical (using hammers or tumbling weights) or electromagnetic (using electromagnetic force to control the rapping action).
      Operation:
      * Rapping Frequency and Intensity: Controlled by timers or sensors, the rapping system activates at regular intervals or when dust buildup reaches a certain level. The force is adjusted based on dust type and characteristics.
      * Rapping Sequence: Different sections are rapped sequentially to prevent dust re-entrainment.
      * Dust Collection: Dislodged dust falls into hoppers below the ESP for disposal.
Maintenance: Regular checks are crucial to ensure the rapping system functions properly, preventing reduced efficiency or damage to the ESP.
