I think originally the letter C was for Cole, when Cole became a popular character with the fans where he stayed longer than anticipated during Season 3. However, when Julian McMahon left the show the writers made sure Phoebe was dating new men every season until the final season was when Phoebe had to fall in love with someone whose name started with a C. The letter C represented Phoebe’s greatest loves from her past and future which were Cole and Coop.
C is for Coop. Phoebe just didn't know until the last season and she ended up marrying Cole for a while, but the one she was destined to be with was always Coop
The thing I never understood about this scene is how there are 26 letters in the alphabet (your true love’s name can start with any of those 26), and an apple peel is going to only be able to resemble anything letter that is circular/round. Like O, C, G. 🤔 they could’ve left this out because this doesn’t really make sense😂
