@@AdamantLightLP yup that is because of the case on June 13, 1966. lawyers argued he wasnt explicitly told his rights even though he eventually confessed. in the case how it came to be is a little odd but that statement "Anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law" was born from it and is extremely true
