- Kevin has finally managed to quit drinking alcohol. He's currently living on the streets of Baltimore, MD. He opens up about his life. One thing that still troubles him is losing his mom. He still dabbles with some drugs, but he's also managed to quit using heroin for 8 months. He has plans to get into a shelter and get off the streets. He really wants to get back to his daughters and spend time with them.
Him crying at the end had me
@@katiedean378 Me too, Katie. 🙏
Brother if you see this I'm proud of you! Stopping drinking and doing drugs can be very difficult for a small percentage of us! Keep on keeping on man! If a wheel falls off of your wagon just put it back on and keep going
I believe in you brother! I'm 53 and struggle with alcohol and drugs in the past. I still drink once a month and honestly probably shouldn't even do that! You are on the right path. Pray to God and Jesus for strength 🙏
@@whocares4464 Stopping can definitely be difficult. I'm proud of him that he was able to do it. I'm really rooting for him. 🙏
Thank you for helping him - he got himself off drink and drugs and definitely deserves help. Sorry his wife died - could happen to any of us - I'd be lost without my other half too
Absolutely! 🙏
He’s a cool guy. I hope he finds a job and can move back to the country.
@@katiedean378 Absolutely! 🙏
So sorry 😞 for the loss of you’re wife 🙏💙

God bless all those stuck in the struggle. 💔. Don’t ever lose hope. 🙏
Wow, super impactful. So many times we complain about the simplest things such as having to mow our yard, and he would be stoked to have one to mow. Good reminder about perspective and attitude.
Kevin, you do have exceptional energy. Best wishes, I hope you get your garden in the country. ☮️❤️🙂
God bless Kevin.
🙏
The simple things in life (like mowing a lawn) are the best. 🕊
Kevin is one of so very few that i believe, given a chance, he'd be out of there and back on track with his life and be a good product of society! Oh how this really touched me! Thank you for helping him ❤️ This made me cry but so nice of you to help this man. God bless you and God bless Kevin ❤️
@joyannbriggs9530 Thanks so much for the kind words and also for supporting the channel, JoyAnn. It's truly appreciated. 🙏
I will pray for him. He’s a good man. So glad he’s sober and clean. 🙏🏼
He's not clean. He's doing " the girl " with his friend who you'd never know if you met . The girl is coke
@@jojofreelancer1210 i couldn’t tell one way or the other.
@@janwarriner6554 well idk if you are local or not but yea that's what it means
Prayers for Kevin🙏💙

Kevin’s the best interviewee I’ve seen on this channel.
You are loved, Kevin
What a nice man ❤
I’m so proud of you ❤sending love from Virginia
I’ve come to learn that we can all be where this guy is. Humble yourself and be careful not to judge. Lend a helping hand where you can.
One car accident. It only takes one. Now you’re prescribed painkillers you can’t quit. Next stop? Heroin
Nice man l wish him all the best ❤❤
I've been homeless multiple times and I am only 24. I have my own place now but I often go downtown Ann Arbor and sit in "graffiti alley". That is where the homeless feel the most safe in this college town. I go there, sit and just hang out and find someone to talk to. It really hit me when this man said "They collect things just to have it. To say they have things." and I've never really thought about that before. I know the feeling of having things and how good it makes me feel. Like now having my own actual bed lol. But that is going to stick with me forever. These people need something, anything, to actually feel like they are an owner of something.
GOD BLESS YOU ❤
Anyone reading this that hasn't tried alcohol or drugs there is a small percentage of the population i believe it's around 7% maybe more will get addicted to alcohol or substances almost instantly! There's something different in our biology and are prone to get hooked quick! It's not worth trying in my honest opinion
@@whocares4464 Well said. It's definitely not worth trying.

Man, sry to say, but he looks a lot older than 54, hard living will do that. Best of wishes for you Brian.
A haircut and shave would make him look his age. My prayers go out to him.
How can I help him?
Merry Christmas 🎄 . How you doing today?
Jesus is Lord please turn to him

16 years sober and clean. JESUS
Is the answer to every problem
Did you help him?
We all make decisions Kevin! YOU CHOSE POORLY.
Maybe he can get cleaned up and teach auto tech at the community college.
So many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the next and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with at your own pace. Best shortcut I go’ogled that only took days to rewire my brain to continually experience mental peace.
Seems like a good dude but I don't think he's clean, I could be wrong but he's gotta be at least on methadone
@johnnyv7477 Hopefully, he was telling the truth, and he's clean. I do believe he is, but I could be wrong.
He says he’s on that girl. Meaning coke meaning he’s smoking crack still but off the booze and fent.
He’s telling you he isn’t 100% clean
Does he need a ride back to his old area?
What city is this?
Baltimore
