If your mother stays outside of those countries for 14 days, i.e. in the Dominican Republic for 14 days, she is free to come to the United States. I’m from Poland and have been in the United States most of this and last year after spending a few weeks in Istanbul, which is not banned.
@@VitaSidorkinachannel my fiancé came to Istanbul for the 14 days, we ended up staying over a month. We are now down in the Dominican staying for at least 14 days, will most likely end up staying a month here as well, then fly back to our places in Denver, CO and Santa Fe, NM.
