I’ve lived in the first apartments, they were pretty decent … smaller than I would have liked though. As an Atlanta transplant (been here for 14 years) … And lives on every side (Decatur, College Park, Athens, Austell, Snellville, Norcross) I still love the eastside! I see a lot of ppl move to Stone Mountain or Decatur when they first move to Ga.
I just finished your whole series and I just had a few questions. What was your budget before starting the whole process ? How did you know which neighborhoods to look in for the best deals ? What was the average credit requirement when you were applying? And finally did these apartments have utilities included ?
Hey so as far as budget I was moving from out of state so basically a good 28k you want to estimated all the furniture that you’d want for your house , tvs , decor all that to get a price of hm you need just fo apartment….if you have a car think about the additional cost you’ll need to switch everything over …..then think about the first month you’ll have to pay with security everything that I just said for me was a good $16 k but that’s just me I got a lot of glasss decor lol your may be way cheaper ….. then you want to at least same for 4 months ….. or the whole 12 months which ever you can do really I did 8 months so when I moved I don’t have to worry so much about working Fr literally with the neighbors part I was calling asking my friends that live here already and just looking up that area crime rate , looking at the difference in prices , looking at the Google reviews……please do not use apartments.com it’s scams on there
Most of these apartments were looking for 620 or better but obviously the higher your credit score the lower your deposit ohhh and here in ATL they want a application fee and they range from 75-400 dollars I literally paid a deposit on one place I didn’t even end up moving there lol that was a waste of $300 my apartment im in now includes everything including internet and cable except electric but yes some of them did dexer at Decatur was a good one I was going to move there but I found a better one
Lmao I love ur vibe 😭💕, New subscriber here - ur video was recommend & I had tap on it by accident I’m like huhhh , but Ur thumbnails grabbed my attention so I stayed . Ur very pretty & I fw ur channel♡︎.
Can i ask lol, whatt jobs do ppl work to afford these?! I know often times they ask for 3x the rent .. & where i stay now with the jobs nd pay we have here its like how is that even possible outside of maybe doing hair nails etc .

Hi, I'm thinking about moving to austell. Is it safe there, seeing mixed reviews? Thank you

Last apartment was nice❤️❤️❤️
Thanks 🫶🏾
Very informative. It was a lot of good choices to chose from
I know but I ended up making a good choice
I'm from Memphis and I for some of them prices in Atlanta the prices are way too overpriced for them to be so basic
Yea but there are a lot of apartments that are reasonable
Good video cousin 💯💜
Thank you 💕🙏🏽
Lol I stayed at Dexter and thought the same when I first viewed the apartment
It look soo good.

But i want to move out of town! I know saving is key.
Girl why would she get on her and discuss her finances with you and the world? Just save your money and you’ll be straight.
Most work from home call center jobs (they pay good) , side hustles etc and save up /budget your money !
Agreed !
Love it
