Lisa I appreciate that as a brand owner you don’t just release a product if it’s not perfect like most of these brands do now, they just throw out new releases all the time and are left with bad customer feedback and people wasted their money, it was really hard for you to pull the product but thumbs up to you for providing quality products ! @@kristenb5177also, some full sized products go bad before we get to use them in their entirety, so minis or smaller sized ones really appeal to me.
@@kristenb5177 i would be more excited about a lipstick palette, because there is no way I can use up enough of the lipsticks if i buy fullsized ones but I also want to use as many of them as possible depending on mood and outfit. Which isn't feasible with fullsized ones since I am one person using makeup only for myself and not a makeup artist. I would be happy to pay a serious amount for a little of as many of them as possible. Too much product to use up before expiration makes me miserable. That's why I've only bought four so far, because even with daily use they last a long time.

This is honesty; not bad news. I really like that you want your products to be great. I wish everyone thought that way. There were brands that started really well and then they lost their way because they were doing things in a hurry. I love your products and your personality.
I’m sorry for you that the launch has to be delayed. But to be honest, I’m actually ok not having another holiday release popping up right now. I can appreciate you taking the time to make your products exactly what you’ve been dreaming of!

I wish it worked for me too. My skin/eyes are too sensitive. But that's ok. Tissue-off cleansers are not for everyone.
I love the Cleanser too. I genuinely didn't think that a cleanser would be able to take every scrap of makeup off in one cleanse and actually hydrate the skin whilst doing it. Most cleansers are either too stripping and clean well or hydrating but leave an oily film on your skin X

I was driving myself mad thinking "I was sure she said something was coming in October!" lol. But that's what I love and appreciate about you. You don't release things just to get them out. If it's not ready, it's not ready. It will be worth it whenever it comes out. Oh and thank you for saying you'll give the heads up on discontinued things. I hate when brands just do it and you go to buy something....and it's gone.

I admire your holding onto the launch until it's ready. Your Seamless Glide Eye Pencil is the best of all time, everything every eyeliner in my life promised to be but wasn't. Hopefully you'll release even more shades in the future because I love how you can smudge these out or create an effortless crisp line that doesn't budge.
