as of april 2022 it was still standing but man the garage looked structurally it would not support your classic vino scooter as for the 11 foors im guessing it originally was designed to be 11 floors and they stopped at 9 the shaft has window spots up to 11 so not sure what happened there

I was in this parking garage back in April 2022, and to be honest, the one elevator that worked refused to go above the third or fourth floor...
they are my favorite part of the elevator.
I was in St. Louis in Feb. 2022, and it appears that the garage was already closed. Did it reopen?
At least you got to ride these before they were gone. It is sad that it's gone now.

Unfortunate that the place was demolished, even though it was probably necessary. Old Otis elevators are becoming very rare.
