Thanks Jon you are a straight forward kind of teacher I knew how to play this song but you added the icing on the cake with refinement and attention to detail
Hi John , your teaching is great,i started writing that song when i was a 13, showed it to randy a year later at the norwood hotel when he came out for a smoke break in the parking lot,

Thank you for the great lesson! Would you consider doing a lesson on their song, Lookin' Out For No. 1? Randy Bachman plays a lot of nice jazz chords on this one.
I think on the first chord of the bridge if you play the D on the 5th position like you do on the verses, it sounds more cohesive. Also playing the A into C sharp minor as triads sounds smoother. Excellent tutorial though !
Great cover, m'man..how about Randy's lead next? Also, I' and a bunch of us out here in Utoobland would dig their rockin' tune Takin' Care Of Business T'ank ya! btw.. it's in C.
Thanks so much, Jon... You always seem to nail the songs of my youth!

Personally i would play the hammer A chorus chord at the second fret.
Sure you could play it at the 2nd fret in open position. That works too. Keep up the great progress!
Would be great to have a simplified version with less chord variations.
Amen to that, brothuh!
I knew I knew that face! So what's up? No hair
