Dear Geraldine, this is Chris Wood from Eagle River Alaska. My husband bought me the Janome memory craft 500 e and we were having a lot of problems getting our designs we were importing to be seen in the machine after spending four hours we watched your video on the introduction which discusses if you don’t see your designs you may need to reformat your jump drive. That is exactly what we did thanks to you and your suggestion and Wala everything imported and was able to be seen. Thank you so much for all of your videos here on RUclips. There were no classes offered when I bought my Janome embroidery machine and so your information has been so valuable. I just wish I lived closer to you as Alaska couldn’t be any farther away.
I have a 500e on loan while my 550e is on order but I cannot stop my fabric puckering. I’ve tried every combo of stabiliser and fabric I can. I’ve tried the fabric pulled really tight with a tight hoop, I’ve tried lesser tightness all to no avail. Do you have any hints as to what I need to do.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! i just have some questions... from your experience which one you think is better the 500e or the 350e? and what is the main different between them? i'm planing to start my business and i'm so confused. second, from where i can buy it and how much the cost of it? Thank you!
Hi! I just found you! New subscriber here. I’m interested in buying a Janome machine. I’m interested in both embroidery and in quilting. If ones budget is between 2500 and 3500, what machine would you recommend? Also, is it better to have two separate machines- one for sewing and one for embroidery? It will be used for home and personal use but I’m also thinking of possibly starting a small home business. Thank you so much for your help!
