What being low with depression looks like for me

I was really torn whether to upload this video. But I am taking the plunge in the hope that it can help others in the same situation.
I suffer with severe clinical depression and Bi-Polar disorder. This mixes with anxiety, panic attacks and self hate amongst other things.
I have been particularly bad during lockdown. I wanted people to see what being low looks like for me and hopefully those who suffer this terrible illness will feel a little less alone because of it.
I don't want sympathy, or pity. I just want to make those who don't understand see what this does to a person.

I'm glad I did.
I came over because of your Buzz Beurling 'handle'...which is every Canadian school kid of my childhood's hero.
I have just listened to your post four times.
I'm not a clinician....just a bloke...I just retired from working with Anglo-Aussie, Rio Tinto in the Canadian Arctic...with a stint with the Light Infantry, ..working with you guys back in the day, at your massive base here at Suffield, Alberta when I was a kid, then history at university.
I think all your friends, and I too will tell you, there isn't a soul in history that has not had the same feelings as you...We have all gone through the challenges... of a total lack of self-esteem, our looks...the whole deal.
For me, it was excruciating as a kid.....but I broke Flippin free....and the solution for me..was to finally learn not to give a flying flip what other people thought.....We are all in an Aesop's fable, where no matter how hard you try...there will always be someone who, where it just isn't quite good enough?

I feel bad that anybody would have to suffer through depression, its an evil many of us have to soldier on through. I wonder, though, if karma is involved when one makes light of the circumstances concerning Japanese shells shelling Henderson Field killing US Marines.
