Good question thou but if you watched the video well that was not were they have to dig it but i wasn’t around that time. And also every house has a small space infront of it so it’s not basic inside de road. The road is few feet away from it

I wasn’t around the time they constructed it, i hand it over to someone. I felt bad when i came to see it, i even don’t know what made him bring it outside, i still can’t understand
