Thank you! I'm not a balloon styling expert but this really was pretty easy to do!! I also think having marbled or glitter filled balloons adds such a fun accent for sure. Hope you're having a great night!! 🤗
I get so excited every time you upload a video. I really love what you do. You inspire me a lot. And you always make it so easy. Thank you for sharing. 😀
super cute! My daughter's birthday is coming up and will be paw patrol themed. love the set up and will definitely be using some of your ideas. Can the balloon arch be done in advance or should it be same day for best results? Thanks so much for sharing!
Hi! Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed! The balloon arch can definitely be done a day or 2 ahead but for the smaller balloons, just make sure you pull the knots nice and tight so the air doesn't leak.....a couple of my small balloons I didn't pull quite tight enough and they had lost some air by the next day. However, for the most part, most of the balloons still looked pretty much the same a few days late, so just be sure to tie them tightly and I'm sure you will have no problem doing it a day (or even 2) ahead. Happy Birthday to your daughter!!
Kimi, thank you so much! It really isn't very hard to twist the balloons together at all ~ pretty fast and easy actually! Adding all the smaller ones and the floral arrangements was the more time consuming part ... just deciding where I wanted them and how I wanted everything to look. Hope you're having a great night! 😄💗🤗
Hi savannah buck , yes the heavy duty one is probably my favorite. It’s a little bit bigger and bulkier, but it was my first choice and is definitely a little more stable than the lightweight one if you’re using it outside. For a lightweight curtain or balloon arch indoors, you don’t need the extra weight of the heavy duty one but it’s up to you, depending on your needs. Hope that helps!
Thanks! I'm so sorry you found it confusing, I was hoping it WOULDN'T be too confusing! It's actually very easy. Just take your balloons and tie 2 of them together and then take another 2 balloons and tie those two together. Then, try it out first by taking both sets and twisting the center knot of one around the center knot of the other....I think you'll see it's pretty easy to do and they stay kind of locked together like that. So once you get that part figured out, then it should be easy to just position your wire or string in the center of the 2 knots when you twist the balloon duplexes together. Hope that helps!!
Style My Sweets thank you for your response. The confusing part is how the balloons are attached to the fishing line across the top of the arch because the wire is attached to your backdrop pole from end to end. Couldn't see how you twisted the balloons onto the wire without the pole getting in the way and the wire across the top has no loose end. I understand how the balloons are tied together and yes, it is quite easy. Thanks
Sure, so when I did it, I didn't pull the fishing line up totally tight...I left it hanging a little bit so I could squeeze one balloon at a time through and then complete them by twisting the 2 bunches together...and then once all the sections of balloons are twisted on together...then you can take up any slack in the line by pulling the line of balloons tight and wrapping any excess line around the end of the top pole......thats how I did it. Alternatively, you could twist your balloons on and push them all into place and then once you have how many you want on there....then take the fishing line and tie it afterward to the corner. And if you don't have a stand, you might be able to do this by attaching the ends of the fishing line to something else perhaps, depending on the location where you're trying to set it up. Anyway, I hope that helps!! 💗
This is so cute! I’ve always wanted to know how to make a balloon arch! Love those marbled balloons! Tfs 💕💕💕

is the heavy duty a good stand one in your opinion.

Nice but confusing instructions for tying balloons to fishing wire.
