Why Cgb is zero in active and saturated cases? Please explain sir. I can't understand it.
Because in active region there is channel created So Gate to base or substrate is 0. And in saturation channel got pinched off so we take cgb =0.

In cutoff there is no channel below sio2 because cutoff means voltage at gate is less than Vt so the capacitance between Cgb = 0
Wrong understanding.
In cut off, there is capacitance as there is no channel.
