When I was pricing it seems like the Limited is a good deal. Low 50’s and pretty well equipped. I like how the V8 remains an option to have in this too!
We have the 2021 Overland L with the V6 and although i prefer a V8 and my Ram has the 5.7 this V6 is plenty for what we use this for. Its silky smooth and great on the highway. This was by far the nicest vehicle we looked at in this price range and it wasn't even close. They didnt have a Summit at the time and this was the next best thing.
At least for the 2024 model year, the 5.7L V8 is still an available powertrain. Test drove the V6 and V8, and hands down the V8 was the much smoother and quieter powertrain. The V6 makes a lot of noise but doesn't provide much thrust under acceleration.
To answer your question yes it is. The overland can give you everything you get on the summit and summit reserve for thousands less. The only thing you get on the summit/reserve is better leather.
Definitely a cool machine but I’m lookin’ forward to seeing the two row version later this year. Hopefully a bit sportier looking with another Limited X Option🤞🏽
Oh man this would be perfect for this young guy that I know that lives out in Utah.. All he has to do is get married and have about six kids so he can tote them around in this thing..hint hint Ben...😝👍🏔
The subaru literally has half the features of this Overland trim. Clearly you didnt watch the video. The Ascent is fine but you cant get air suspension, night vision, 19 speakers, massage seats, an optional V8, a 10” screen, a fully digital dash, heads up display, etc. in the Subaru.
“The only downside to this overland is the fact that the summit exists” I had this exact thought today walking around the jeep parking lot today!

I believe the Overland has the optional off road package, which is not available on the Summit.
Best package if you actually want some thing that does off road until trail hawk comes out plus get the v8..
5:56...what would the two blank switches be? The passenger touch screen was not available until 2022. Thanks
I agree completely with you Ben the overland is great but the summit is better for only 4,000 more I prefer the summit great review Ben 💪
