This piece totally helped me come to peace this morning after an encounter with hard stuff. The tempo of the breathe in/out at the beginning activates the parasympathatic vagus nerve so I could participate with Yeshua to calm my inside parts. By the end of the piece I know all of me is safe in Him and we can face out again in Oneness in the boat on the sea. Our sail is set to the Wind of Holy Spirit. He showed how to follow Him more closely through prayer, praise, and gratitude practices. He changed my heart!
