I was a juror (Forman) for 11 days on a case that involved a cast member from The Deadliest Catch. We all took our oath very seriously. I was pissed off for the jury when I heard AH trashing the jury and suggesting they had no integrity. I’m glad someone spoke out.
I've served jury duty several times and take them very seriously. I never discussed a single thing with anyone during the trial. Perhaps some do but you'd still have to sway the others so the argument doesn't hold water.
It's time for a "cease and desist" order. She will never stop slandering JD if she isn't forced to. At this point she thinks she is above the law.
She's setting herself up for another def charge us what she's doing , she said right on national tv once again he did it in fact the oped didn't go that far and he won , now she saying he did it...like dies she have a wish to lose again.....
If people had doubts before , after those last interviews it proved the jury was right in all compts.Very stupid decisions

That was not a woman who was regularly punched out by her husband. I have been in a DV relationship and there's no way in hell I would have EVER spoken to him like that ... it would have been like yelling, hit me I like it!🙄

She's obsessed with him and his fame and money. When she could no longer have him and everything that came with being with him she did everything to destroy him.
Any compassionate person would get their partner a pillow, blanket and a tumbler with some water.
What did it for me was the fact that Johnny was always trying to get away from her. She even taunted him with it on tape.

I agree however the only way to combat the claims she is going to continue to make is keep responding with truth. My fear is she really wants Johnnys life without wanting Johnny, this is dangerous. What level of violence she is capable of I don’t think we know for sure. Johnny’s security needs to be extra vigilant as he should be. I really think if she found someone to kill him she would go on a MSM tour to say see others didn’t believe him either.😳 I’m SO afraid for him.
I think she does fear losing credibility and looking bad to the entire world, but I also agree with you: it would tear her up to be irrelevant. At this point, I think she's desperate to hang on to the attention as much as she can while trying to save face. I won't watch any interviews with her or random videos posted like her shopping at TJ Maxx. I get my AH updates from youtubers such as PP and TUG.
We need to stop fueling the fire. It will happen eventually. People will get bored.
Did anyone really think ... Amber looked like she gave Johnny a (MEGA) knife..... She bought that knife to use on Johnny .. not as a gift .... She was going to use that knife and say it was self defense... Wake up guys!!!

Taking picture of a loved one without permission is BETRYAL behaviour . Absolutely horrible invasion of privacy . It is very abusive absolutely.
I feel like at least one recording would say something like ‘please, I’m scared you’re going to take drugs- I’m worried for you’ or ‘please don’t hit me again’ if you were trying to prove the things your accusing him of. You’d try your hardest to get them to admit something on tape. Not one mention of violence or drug or sa in any messages or texts

This case has made the whole world love Johnny. Amber has literately got the whole world to love Johnny. His fan base was so much smaller before all this. Now her fan base is even smaller than it was before she started all this. It all backfired drastically for her.

Johnny has always had a huge fan base for his acting, what this did was won him a lot of fans as a man, the man behind the scenes for the gentlemanly, caring, generous, funny person who overcome his childhood and addictions yet remained a beautiful soul.
I wish the Jury could sue Amber for defamation. After all accusing them of disobeying court order and going on social media. It is defaming the Jury system. She should be held accountable for her actions. She cannot just randomly go around accusing people.
The clincher for me was the pictures taken the day after the TMZ leak of her filing for TRO with a tiny cheek bruise And then the pictures the very next day, any woman will tell you, she had no makeup on!!!
Agree I’m a woman and I know the difference between a bare or made up face. We’ve seen AH with make up on she was completely bare faced. Her answer “I was outside I’m obviously wearing make up.” Yeah obviously 🙄

She really thought everyone in that court room and watching, were so much less intelligent than her,that they/we were actually going to believe she had makeup on in that photo. Her face was so bare of makeup, she was barely recognizable. It also shows her bravery. She was so sure everyone would believe her story, that she was brave enough to be seen that day with no makeup and no bruise.

Jawja, I agree 💯 percent with you. She NEVER downplayed her features when wearing makeup. Those photos outside with her friends the day after the TRO photo op showed her makeup free face.

I felt the same... After being berated, belittled, and trying not to further arguments with her - I feel if anything, he may have had to pull her off him. She chased him to keep it going, and provoked him incessantly - that's not fear, its manipulation by a narcissistic woman who tries to destroy or corrupt every man or woman that dare wander into her web.
The only time he “hit her” is when he restrained her from hitting him and they accidentally bumped heads.

I saw they filed a motion to reconsider, I’m not sure what that means in terms of the law but it doesn’t sound the same as an appeal or is it the same thing?? Anyone know? Also I had a friend tell me today that his girlfriend punched him multiple times in the face and he’s suffered abuse. He said he would never ever come forward with that because of the way the mainstream treat male victims. It’s sad that men feel they can’t come forward and be taken seriously. Just look at the way the media are continuing to give AH a platform to put out her allegations and to once again attack JD. There is no way the media would give a male abuser a platform to continue to attack his victim. The double standards are disgraceful.
Maybe some media outlets are letting her have a platform so we can continue to see for ourselves what kind of person we're dealing with here. She's doing a FANTASTIC JOB at globally humiliating HERSELF.
@@courtney3437 no. They are pushing the narrative that she’s innocent. The media does nothing good for anyone other than themselves.
AH and EB have been saying the verdict is a setback for women (AS IF only females are victims), but truth is if they had their way, it would be a setback for MALE victims in particular. Instead, JD winning the verdict is a breakthrough that should encourage other male victims to report and pursue justice.
Please urge your friend to report any such incidents. Authorities respect confidentiality in order to protect victims.
And please support your friend throughout the process.
A reaction isn't being abusive he was defending himself, that's the difference. Nobody saying he's an angel, no human being is an angel, but that doesn't mean he was being abusive, it was a marital arguments like all couples have, that isn't abusive.
The jury said same.. johnny wasn't a Saint but he wasn't abusive
As someone who has been abused, the uncertainty of what their "reaction" would be was the most terrifying part. Because you constantly are aware of what set them off in the past and you know what they're capable of and never know exactly how they will react, you just hold on tight if you hear one of their triggers. I'm not saying Johnny was abusive. I don't believe he was based on the evidence or "lack there of" but a person's reactions can 100% be abusive.
@@Futuretradwife Sorry that you've been through abuse that's awful. But how is a reaction ie defending yourself abuse?. In the recordings Amber was mad that Johnny often walked away or would hide, so that shows he wasn't being abusive.

She expected him to go to bed when She said. He was manipulated to focus on her, and he had to listen to Her for hours, with no resolve. Her Kind keep you awake and wear you down.
It's how my mother has treated my dad for 48 years. She's never had a job, he has worked in a hot factory for 41 years, and she makes him stay up until she's ready for bed, when he has to be up at 430am. She takes her Xanax and naps off and on all day. If he falls asleep in his chair,she makes fun of him,cries that he doesn't want to spend time with her. She abused me for 18 years. She has OCD,NPD, BPD and Bipolar. My childhood was terrible. She'd get in manic states and since I was her personal servant and punching bag, she'd keep me awake for days scrubbing and re scrubbing because it was never good enough,yelling and screaming and beating me, while I had to go to school. I think Amber took classes with my mother.
It's psychological torture, I lived with someone like that and later saw them do it to their partner ever chance they got, narcissists have no soul,no morals☹️

I notice that when everyone talks about Johnny's nasty texts HOWEVER Amber refused to turn over her texts so I can only imagine what those texts would contain.
I'm so happy the jury caught on to her saying "I never go outside without makeup" then shows up to the courthouse "not wearing makeup" with a bruise exposed. To me this is one of the biggest smoking guns poking holes in her credibility.
If you look at that photo of her face from the courthouse, all it is is a huge pimple. It's not even a bruise!
There's several occasions she wss spotted without make up in public. It's just like her saying she never wore red lipstick except on the James Cordon show. Also false

As someone who has been on both sides of addiction, active and watching a loved one - basically couldn’t have agreed with Kim more. If and only if heard didn’t do any drugs and only talked about the struggles about watching a love one go through addiction this would have been a different case. I honestly believe Amber didn’t mind the drug use as long as she was in control of it - another red flag with abusive relationships.
Days between, EXACTLY. If you genuinely are wanting to help an addict in their recovery, you would NEVER bring or do any substance around that person. You would never even be in that person's presence with a hint of any of it about your person.
And why in God's name would a person take video or pictures of someone you love suffering from the affects of substance abuse? Especially of someone that you fear? What are you going to do with those? Oh, that right, sell them to TMZ. That's really helpful.
I think one of the biggest things that Amber Heard is forgetting when saying the "media spun it to Johnny's favour" is that we literally watched it live. Her behaviour and lying is so apparent that if this was happening right in front of your eyes with a person who you were conversing with, you'd be questioning their character and second guessing and questioning their answers. And millions of people have come to that conclusion naturally without any outside agenda being pushed.
Unfortunately old guard like Amber are unprepared for unfiltered media where people just watch what actually happens, with maybe someone commenting about it. They're so used to the decades of the MSM cherry-picking clips, muting bits (excused by talking over it) they don't want heard, and just describing to people what happened instead of showing them, that they immediately jump to assuming that's what happened now.
I think the knife sounds more like a threat to Johnny than to Amber
She clearly abused and bullied him the whole time. Once he finally got away he tried to do so quietly but she just couldn’t do it. It wasn’t that they were equally as shitty to each other before hand because she was a spouse beater!
It was VERY effective when Camille mentions EVERYONE to believe over Amber! That was brilliant of Camille. Also...Her whole team was RUDE very RUDE to all his witnesses and that was uncalled for.....Jurors DO NOT like a legal team being DOWN RIGHT RUDE to witnesses. Just like the Casey Anthony case.....that Jeff prosecutor was AWFUL to witnesses

She truly thought she was deserving of all these things & thought she'd get them if she showed him he would look bad by her claims. But yeah, I agree with Nellie Hunt. They should've been able to offer the demands into evidence. Maybe they tried & it wasn't eligible as evidence?? I've no idea as I dunno what criteria they put on the evidence being allowable but it def would've sold this issue to everyone! The jury would've seen immediately what a pc of crap she is! Well defamation means willfully lying which in turn causes financial damages to another. I am not sure Johnny want to go through that again. He might be able to get a gag order or some kind of order but perhaps he feels now that he has been cleared his best revenge/course of action is just ignore her and get on with his life as she becomes more and more unhinged and digging a deeper hole for herself in the public spotlight.

Narcissistic personality disorder - one of several types of personality disorders - is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others. If only Johnny could see passed her outer beauty, he could have saved himself from such a painful dark period of his life. Johnny's now starting a new life without her abuse and will most likely be more cautious of the choices he makes.
Nah, she was probably highly manipulative in the beginning where she put on the face of someone super sincere and kind. It would’ve been hard to see the real her until after they were married and the mask finally slipped
@@Vershane Just a note: your timeline isn't quite accurate. They were together for roughly 4 years before they got married. Johnny said, in court, that it was really nice for the first year, to year and a half. By the time they got married, the toxicity was already in full force, but he was so invested in 'not failing' at another relationship, enmeshed in a type of trauma-bonding with her (and, I think, blinded by his physical attraction to her) that he wanted to keep trying. Sadly, he/they didn't get the kind of professional counseling necessary to bring sufficient awareness to those struggles they were encountering, and the dysfunction continued and worsened.
But, I think you're right in saying that she was probably highly manipulative in the beginning, putting on the face of someone super sincere and kind. Yep. That's a pattern of hers, and of most who are either BPD, or narcissistic, or both. 👍
Poor guy, he didn't understand the degree of pathology he was up against... or, how much his own, unresolved issues and blind spots would just add fuel to that fire. 😏

@@livingitup9647 I don't think manipulative behaviour is a part of BPD. I have BPD and from what I've seen it really is just turbulent and not manipulative. I could be wrong, just because I have it doesn't mean I know everything about it and BPD is an extremely broad disorder but I at least want to correct the "most" statement. "Most" people with BPD are not manipulative, or at least not knowingly manipulative. I hate that Amber the sociopath is becoming the face of BPD, it's just wrong.

I know this because I was in a toxic relationship! I learned of this tactic after being in therapy... It is extremely manipulative and damaging because you begin to lose trust in yourself! Very difficult and sad.

Narcissists pick & jab & emotionally wear away at their target, bait them & get them to react. They find what triggers and use it to get a reaction to them. My ex used to talk to other women & comment to me how hot they are, take secretive calls, tell other ppl we weren't together, leave clues for me to see of other ppl flirting with them, then when I would respond jealous he would tell others how abusive I was etc. That's how they do until you figure out the game that's going on.

That juror never said their was mutual abuse. ABC took creative license with that interview, especially since he wished to remain anonymous and not have his actual voice or juror number known to the public. This was much longer then what we saw them report on. Show me One couple who hasn’t had an argument, and maybe said some unsavory words to each other at some point, over a number of years????!!!! TUG did a whole thing regarding this last night. Both channels have had great coverage on this case. Congratulations guys!!! Job well done to all RUclips channels!!!

And it's great that people are finally seeing the media for what they are, they haven't reported news for year's, they create it or at the very least they craft it. I don't watch the news anymore, if there is a particularly controversial story I will search it out on the internet and that's the reason legacy media hates the internet and RUclipsrs in general because they can't control the narrative.
It's just a shame that more people haven't come to that realization, but they will, eventually.
Nate hit the nail on the head! I found you when Law & Crime Network came up on my YT feed and started watching the trial then PP popped up and I started listening to your commentary and it all just made sense! My courtroom experience has never gotten past the jury selection process. The litigants aside, the courtroom procedure was fascinating to me. I must say that JD's team headed by Ben Chew along with the decision to have Camille Vasquez tackle the cross examination of AH (which was genius), appeared to be better prepared and equipped to present their case and the evidence. On the other hand, Elaine Bredehoft's team gave the appearance of grasping at straws and bumbling their way through the case. Elaine has continued to go on about having "mountains of evidence" which was just not there. Props to the PP team and L&CN for doing what the network news can't or won't do. You guys are great!
Although it wasn’t about the money, I hope JD plans to bleed Amber for every cent with her and Elaine pulling the bull on TV and On social media... Letting her off the hook is at this point rewarding BAD BEHAVIOR...

As for the drugs, Amber throughout the trial, admitted to taking Ecstacy, cocaine, weed, drinking wine frequency almost proudly. I think the juror was pointing out, why does she take all these drugs around someone trying to get clean. As for not asking AH to expand on "not being a saint." Ben Chew pointed out that JD taking responsibility for his flaws means alot to jury. So why give AH opportunity to talk about why she isn't a saint, it might come off as taking responsibility of her flaws. They knew she wouldn't offer to on her own, so why open the door for her.

And someone who truly LOVES you will support your trying to get clean! My daughter-in-law did this. Thru my son out as he wouldn't get clean when she wanted him to BUT when he did, she refused (but then had both physical & legal custody of the kids & used them against him) & was HORRIBLE to him for it. He wasn't allowed to see his kids because he didn't cave into her demands. It's sad. When it was brought up she (AH) controlled his meds when he was detoxing the very first thing I thought was WTH? I cannot fathom her being allowed to be involved AT ALL during the detox phase. No reputable detox firm would allow this as it totally undermines his ability to get clean. The added stress!! I can't even imagine! She had no business being there at all... Never mind being put in charge of doling out his detox meds with her controlling personality??!! She's going to use it to further control him & hurt him... And all he needs during this is her ability to keep fights going by ANY MEANS. He sees this & has her removed from the process (when she never should've played a role at all!!) It is obvious she'll use any means possible to further HER objectives.
Her team also kept pushing that JD wasn’t a reliable witness because of his substance use right before they put Whitney on the stand who was very “matter of a fact” abour how she was pretty much never clean and sober. We’re supposed to believe her?

Most of his damaging language about was not directed at her personally. He was texting and venting to his friend. (Something most people have done) She never would've known about them, if his incompetent lawyers in the UK hadn't given them to Heard's team. IMO they never should've been allowed in the trial. The only physical abuse we saw him do on tape, was him beating up the cabinets.
And that was the day his MOTHER DIED. (or the day after? I'm not one hundred percent certain but I know it was after her death but very shortly.) Like. My dad screamed the day his brother was hit by a truck. The day my grandmother died, I took a bed and threw it. So the only physical abuse we have from him on tape is when he was mad with grief.
As well they were his cabinets. He could legally smash them all he wants. She did not seem one bit in fear while videoing the incident. Even granted she submitted an edited version not showing her smirking and laughing at the whole thing. I imagine in her mind knowing the double standard that a video of him in a drunken rampage would be enough to prove he was a wife beater. Nope. Didn't work this time. These two were recording each other which was known and yet not a single recording shows she was ever living in fear much less hit by him.

What I’ve been saying this whole time is that I don’t think AH was trying to manipulate the jury AS MUCH as she was feeling/acting defiant in having to answer questions. She doesn’t feel she has to answer to anyone and in court you absolutely do, so that was her way of still feeling in control because she normally would never allow someone to question her actions like that.

AH loosing the trial started the moment she thought JD wouldn't come out and "tell the judge, the jury and the world that he, a man, was a victim of dv" and when he did she had NOTHING to prove because it is hard to have evidence of something that never happened.
That's why her lawyers tactics was to first get the case dismissed before it even started, when that fail, then they didn't want the cameras in court alleging "very hard for a SA victim" but when that failed then they try and prove biase when they couldn't do that they went with denial, on everything, it op-ed wasn't about JD but when it was proved that it was then "she didn't write it"

I think they didn’t need to see the DV arrest to believe AH was physical with her ex wife as well. Also Andy the witness for the Hicksville trailer park was Morgan Knight. The reason Amber kept looking at the jury was her trying to gauge whether they were buying her story. She was looking to find someone or something that made her feel good about her answers. She'd focus on the same jurors when telling her stories. Because it was all a performance, so she would give more or less based on the juries responses. It was strictly an act and when Camille objected, it was the same as "cut scene", like a director.

Aside from Amber having no medical records, the fact that "bruises" would seem to appear and disappear at will, besides all the damning testimony and evidence and even all the damning evidence that was not admitted what really got me is in not one recording does she come off as living in fear. Being in this toxic relationship where it was known they both were recording each other you would think in at least one of them anyone really claiming this kind of abuse would have demonstrated fear and not provoking, calling him a pussy, chasing and hunting him when he wants to get away or quell the fights...
... how could the jury not notice this? Of course they noticed it. Hence they came to the proper conclusion. It had nothing to do with social media. Social media might have some influence but it generally does not change anyone's bias nor sway a jury. Those who still support Amber have not been swayed by social media or even the evidence.. right? So where are they going with this? Such nonsense and grasping at straws.
I feel exactly the way you do. It’s been quite annoying that all we are hearing are scrapings around the edges, when just look at the big picture. That’s it. So very obvious her claims of horrific violent punches in the face over and over and over until she lost count. Her head bashing on the surface behind her. (You know what she’s saying don’t you? Her own description of being punched , hard, in the face with a hard surface behind her head which means with the force of a man’s powerful blow to a woman’s face and the enertia of energy from the blow directly throwing the head back but because there is either a floor or a wall behind her head her head can’t absorb the energy in fact it is getting hit twice as hard and twice at a time, in the front of her face and in the back of her head. And with his big chunky metal rings on every finger I’m surprised she’s alive! And she doesn’t need plastic surgery to reconstruct the bones in her face and skull. And what about the time on the stairs again she said he punched her in her face repeatedly. And at this time they eventually thought about as part of their defense that didn’t even get brought out until later, that exact day he had a cast on his finger! Like I myself have had the same injury as Johnny to the finger which first off has a million sensitive nerve endings in your fingers plus the cast there’s no physical way to even make a fist even if he had leperacy and couldn’t feel any pain. That just didn’t happen either. She also claimed he bent her over the bar sexually abusing her with a broken bottle… I mean the big picture people!!!
They should have shown films of actual people getting beaten the way she describes and shown what would factually happen to a human being the precise way she describes. This was defamation ! Who gives a flying F whether or not Johnny was yelling bad words doing drugs or slamming cupboards?! None of that is abusive. None of that Johnny would care about. He isn’t spending millions of dollars to repair his reputation bcuz Amber said he yelled at her or passed out. What the f does any of that have to do with Amber telling the world Johnny is a wife beater and he put a broken bottle into her vagina?! Those horrific things that obviously she never experienced but told the world he did. Why are people acting as if it could have happened ? I doubt the jurors will want to release their names, faces, or anything identifiable. Otherwise, they'll be hit with so much press.
Amber does not love Johnny. If you go back and look at Dr Curry's testimony regarding what personality disorders Amber has it all makes sense. It was so interesting to see what Dr Curry said about Amber and then to see her exhibit that behaviour in the courtroom.
If she asked her to elaborate, she'd have an open door to say her mistakes were not leaving him, etc. She'd have spun it to be the victim again. So frustrated watching, but I knew they couldn't give her a way to get more lies in.

I’m absolutely glad the jury see exactly what we see as the audience onlooking . AH just had crocodile tears and the strange faces which didn’t look credible . AH lies and inconsistencies in her story’s made it look non credible. I’m so happy Johnny and team now has his proper life back. Also Johnny’s lawyers were very good and sharp not missing vital evidence. They were classy and so caring with Johnny. I personally thought all of the team for Johnny were incredible and we owe a lot to them too

On the whole "monster" narrative, you can tell amber and her team picked out that one thing in ALL of the texts, recordings and videos as what they can single in on. But in the closing argument, rottenborn said "let's see the monster in the flesh" and then played a video for johnny slamming cabinets...all that did was really hammer home to everybody else that they had literally NOTHING on Johnny. Their whole legal strategy was "let's gaslight them and guilt them into believing this bs"

This trial really hurt me she tried to make his yelling or arguing abuse and to her it probably was what it felt like to her because just like when a toddler pitches a fit him standing up and arguing back with her was shocking to her and when she wasn’t getting her way should got abusive and violent to him!
But when she was trying to sale the sa story she 1st please understand I was extremely triggered by this story and further traumatized by trying to walk through what she says and how she says it happened and I believe it was impossible for him to have done all of that without damaging the pin and/or stitches or sutures or whatever his surgeon used for that part of the repair I put my hand in the position his was in with a sharp tip that poked me so I had restrictions because of the wrapping and pain and there was NO way I could do it without damaging my finger. But the way she told this story with no real emotions and no real tears but trying to sound like she was crying or sobbing but it wasn’t matching up! Her words and emotions seemed disjointed like the video and audio were match to the wrong altercations but she didn’t seem traumatized by retelling this horrible thing she says he did to her but she was not affected by it meanwhile I am so back in trauma and back in that darkness that I got physically ill and puked everywhere! And made me feel scared and nauseated and I had to try to sleep and get out of this trauma loop.
I really like this guy. He's down to earth and not super full of himself!
