    This is my fav roll so far. So many great grip details and staples. That lasso sweep was slick. It would be awesome to go through how to deal with lapel focused guards in future videos. Thank u!

    Great video. That butterfly hook clearing at the end is beautiful. Lots of neat tricks in this round.

      Yeah that was pretty cool - this fella had a bunch of tricks I’ve never seen which would make sense considering the calibre of guys he trains with.

      @@zukaBJJ absolutely. That response was clearly muscle memory from many reps and shows the level of his training room. To break down the execution for commenters: He’s facing the hook which usually makes the hook sweep strong, limp legged (Zuka’s hook sweep now doesn’t lift their hips), then hip switched to turn the limp leg into a knee cut. Super slick sequence.
