How to cheese and easily defeat Ancient Dragon Man without summons

Ancient Dragon Man is one of the early bosses in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. However, he is extremely tough with a couple of moves that can one shot you. However, he has poor stance and today we will exploit that weakness.
