Great video pacing & simplifying. Guided by logos, your editing is in rhythm. Drive towards priorities!
Thank you for the fresh perspective on thinking.

Doing psychedelics in Ancient Greece while believing in a pantheon of gods who you could be expected to be actually communing with most have been an insane trip
Not surprised it’d affect them so profoundly

Accidentally doing psychedelics because you don't know it is in ancient Greece must've been absolutely insane. I can't conceive what I would believe psychedelic experiences were without my understanding of the human brain body and metabolism were. I still have no idea but at least I have a few fancy initialisms for the chemicals and neuroreceptors

    Wonderful!
And far more needs to be said about the esoteric side to stoicism, it's almost as if people will think less of the stoic philosophy school if they found out the truth, almost like it's been purposefully glossed over (ahem, Ryan Holiday I'm looking at you 😶)
Many thanks and I can't wait for the next installment 👍

Do you know any books on the esoteric influence on stoicism? I was planning on covering hermetic philosophy and the esoteric influence on middle and Neoplatonism, but I haven’t found much commentary on the esoteric influence on stoicism.

I think vocabulary was a limiting factor on how consepts were past on so I read some where that the urlia dynastic eygipt who used picture symbols don't know there proper name only had 3000 in total and used a markers for context so dum example but angry mountain would be a earthquake how else would you describe it so isent there why all the gods are people because in description as that were the urlist words we had I'd reckon don't know if that made sense or not but love the chanle contents amazing

I am weary because theology is very complicated, but that’s precisely why I think I should try and jump in. It’s important to have a grasp on these things. Any book recommendations?
