Byron Batista is my wig designer and in this video he helps me take my new wig from "out of the box and looking like a wig" to a fabulous, natural looking lob styled in beachy waves. Sorta like my own hair - but better. Detailed tips on exactly how to pin it on so that it stays on!
If you are interested in the wig that I am wearing, it is available at www.wigsbybyro... and the model is Silver Beach Waves

One more thing! lol What a service you are providing. There are so many women out there that are losing their hair, or going through chemo or are ill, that may not feel comfortable going out without a wig. You are showing them how to feel good about themselves and giving them confidence during difficult times. It's so important for these women. oxoxoxoxox Melissa

I just recently started using wigs due to a chronic health problem, and even at 34, I love love love watching your tips and tricks over the 20-somethings. To no offense to them but I find it difficult to relate when your face and hair are that of a newly hatched spring chicken..lol. Your vibrancy, grace and knowledge are both comforting and refreshing. Instead of me dreading each day that passes, your posts bring me optimism and make me look forward to embracing my own maturing beauty and all the elegance that comes with it; regardless of my complications. A game-changing eye opener for me and I can't thank you enough.
--Much love Monique from Michelle in St. Louis! xx

Thank you Monique and Byron! What an inspiration.! I had stress related alopecia several years ago and I went bald on the top of my head and I had to wear a wig. I was devastated but what a gift, I feel in love with my wigs. My hair has mostly grown back but I still wear my wigs because my natural hair is thin and super fine. Most of my wigs and toppers are very pricey but after seeing your videos I am going to try less expensive wigs for a few different styles. Inspired!
    Thank you.

This video was amazing and great for new wig wearers not RUclips girls. I can't wait for the pin curl one. Byron is such an amazing and nice guy. I emailed him about hopefully getting a wig from him and he was so helpful. I gave home a little background about what I was looking for and my experience with previous wigs and he emailed me back with pictures of potential wigs and his recommendations based on the information I gave him. I have to save my money but I will most certainly be making my next wig purchase from him, his customer service is Top Notch! Thanks again Monique and Byron for an informative video.

You two are AMAZING! Thank you for helping me grow confident in wearing my wigs. I am new to wig wearing, due to medical necessity. The number one issue is lack of confidence and that leads to holing up in our homes. But Byron has given me new ideas to build into my protocols and this will help my confidence. You both are such excellent teachers and make this look possible. Thank you for making this wig journey a little less daunting. I am a fan forever. Sharing this with my wig community to help others. You are both beautiful, inside and out.

Very helpful. I watched other wig videos and this is the first time one mentions using hair pins to hold them on better. Then, goes on to show how and where to put them in. I often wondered what they do if the wind is blowing like crazy out, LoL . I started watching these out of curiosity and the thought that maybe I might try one some day now that I've gotten so much older and my hair is just out of control and thin and frizzy, etc. so, thanks for sharing.
