As my mother was aging, she didn't want to eat well. So I used to put things in her food. One of the things she liked the best were Turkey burgers. I put spinach and a few other veggies in them. If she noticed a few specks ( her eyesight was fading) I told her it was parsley. The air fryer kept the burgers moist.~~ I love your recipes.
I live alone, and after literally cremating several dishes in the oven (I forgot about them), I bought an air fryer in self-defense - to avoid burning the house down!! Just about the best decision I ever made!! ❤❤❤
😂 Steven and Mandy the two of you got me rolling with laughter with the 3, 5, 10 second rule or next day rule 😳. It’s such a privilege and joy to watch every video you share. Food and laughter pair well together. 😊 Aloha to you and your ohana. 🌺
Before putting the crust in the board, dust the board (or counter) with a bit of cornmeal. It adds a little crunch and makes it easier to get your spatula under it
After my first brain surgery on 10/10, I found your channel, and that of "Come Sit at my Table" and I have to express my gratitude to you for your recipes. Both of the channels are both highly organized and easy for us all to follow along, and VERY entertaining. I just wanted to share that when I make my "Cilantro Lime Rice" I put a tsp/tbl spoon of either celery seed or celery salt into the water being used to cook my rice and find this adds a very unexpected flavor to the dish. I also know how you love Feta Cheese and wanted to share with you an easy peasy cool summer salad. Hopefully you like watermelon too. 3 cups of the sweetest watermelon you can find, cut into 1" pieces. 1/2 cup of Feta crumbles added to the watermelon. 2 tsp lime juice 2 tsp chopped parsley Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir just until combined. 😊
All of these recipes look like winners! One of the things I love most about this channel is how real you are in the kitchen and that you show your “mistakes.” As a home cook, I appreciate that, because most of us have learned by trial and error in the kitchen. That’s all part of the fun. Have a great night and much love from the snowy Sierra Nevada!
Omg! As I sit here watching this video and laughing, I have to tell you that your husband is so funny! He made my day with the 10 second rule-or tomorrow morning thing😂. I just love your videos ❤
Hello Mandy I was afraid of my A/F until I came across one of your videos in 2023 and I tried it and now my husband & I are hooked we are going on the road full time RVing either later this year(2024) or early 2025. We are trying to find recipes that will be quick to fix in the A/F or I/P(instant pot) . I love your channel along with the Bryds that you recommended. We are both Marine veterans and want to travel this beautiful country and stay in National & State parks. Hopefully we get to SC and maybe reach out for a meetup ❤
I had never purchased ground turkey before I started watching your videos. I got the message loud and clear COOK IT UNTIL COMPLETELY DONE! Don't have an air fryer, and my Instant Pot has never been used, not even for rice or boiled eggs! My screen name should be scaredy cat!! Love your videos and your family! AND that includes Gracie Lou!!
Love your recipes, enjoyed your show. You and your husband are adorable together, he seems a fun guy to have around both of you come across a very happy couple, God bless you both, keep it up.
One of my favorite things to do is take canned chickpeas and coat them in a little oil and seasonings and fry them. They are great as a snack or as part of a meal. But I use mine for a ton of things - cooking chicken for salads, cooking other veggies and even cooking frozen pizzas. There are these french bread pizzas that turn out great when cooked in the air fryer.
One of my fave go-to air fryer recipes… Pork tenderloin, season it like you like it (balsamic, Dijon mustard, olive oil and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper). Pre heat to 400* and in it goes for 16-17 minutes! Best ever! (Let it rest for about 5minutes before cutting.
I've done naan pizzas in the oven but not in the air fryer yet. I have done tortilla pizzas in it. And it is the BEST way to heat up leftover pizza. Why anyone would do that in the microwave is beyond me if they have an air fryer.
@@dianahegseth6279I don’t split Naan,I think if you did it wouldn’t hold up to the toppings.Naan is the Hindi word for bread,so when saying Naan bread we have said bread, bread.
If you put the pizzas together on top of a small piece of parchment or wax paper the size of the air fryer or oven tray it will be easier to transfer.😊
Hi Mandy I’ve been following you for a couple of months now and totally enjoy your show. I use my air fryer when I make shake n bake pork chops. They come out so juicy and tender. I get the chops from either Costco or Sam’s club, the boneless thick cut. I cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Perfectly cooked. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should try it. Keep your recipes coming.
My husband was just saying the other night that we haven’t had pork chops in awhile. I have a new air fryer that I’ve never used, I think I’m going to try it! Do you make your own coating or use actual Shake and Bake?
I use the regular shake n bake. I did forget to mention (added it later) to flip them half way through. Crispy on both sides and the leftovers are still tender and juicy. Not dried up like cooking it in the oven. Only way I’ll eat pork chops. I hope you like it this way.
Our fav mini pizza: haven't done in air fryer but need to try. We use Texas toast ( garlic mozzarella), schmeer with alfredo sauce, add shredded mozzarella, frozen diced onion & green pepper, mini pepperoni & more mozzarella. Delizioso!
You can buy parchment paper pre-cut to fit the air fryer. It makes clean up really easy. Thanks for the air fryer recipes. I’m always looking for more. Love your channel. ❤
I will be getting some sweet corn in my next grocery order🌽, that looked delicious. I would love to see as many air fryer videos as you care to make. I don't use mine nearly enough & I dislike heating up my big oven if I don't have to. Thank you Mandy!🍗🍔🍕🍽
That corn looks so good. I bet that elote seasoning would be amazing in it since that’s what Mexican street corn is. Also, House of Autry has breading mix for chicken and pork chops that is made for the air fryer. The bag says Air Fryer in big letters. It is easy and delicious!
Mexican street corn does it have butter or garlic on it it has mayo rolled in Parmesan cheese topped with sriracha sauce you can drizzle lime juice on top of that what whatever she made is not Mexican street corn
Always love yalls videos. Love that you are showing air fryer stuff too. You say it like Elotay. You put creme or mayo on the corn then Cotija or queso fresco then sprinkle tahin and then the butter and cilantro. I got the cheese out the other night and was like Gracie would be all on this lol. My sister was like yep!! She knew exactly who I was talking about 😅😂 Parchment paper liners from Amazon or temu that are made for the cosori are a gamechanger for cleanup, transfer and stickage lol
For the air fryer pizzas I use the parchment paper inserts for air fryers it makes clean up soooooo much h easier and quicker . I do about 8 minutes for a crispier crust also. Steven is so funny with the 10 second rule! And miss ma’am ( grace lou ) is such a sweetheart! I call my little girl dog Luna miss ma’am now !
I have always wondered about using those inserts, but thought they would keep the air from circulating the way it was designed to do...guess I need to try them!
Oh Mandy I am so great full to have found your channel. You saved me, no more burnt Brussels sprouts. And I will be trying all your recipes on this one video. My husband & I are on a fast right now & when we get off will be KETO, you even gave me an Idea how to make KETO pizza in the air fryer, thank you I no longer am baffled by my air fryer 👍
Your cat is so funny and vocal. I love green beans but am the only one that eats them. Steven is hilarious.....I was watching on my lunch break and had to burst out laughing. Love the veggie ideas. All great recipes for sure. Thanks Mandy and family!
I have an air fryer and hardly ever used it. I really got side tracked 😊. Got it out, & decided today was the day to seriously start using it. Loved the video, thanks! 🤗
I tried boneless pork chops tonight. I put a little olive oil inside the air fryer and a little in my bowl then coated the pork chops in the little bit of oil. I then used Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning on both sides of the pork chop. Cooked at 400 for 12 minutes turning them after 6 minutes. After they were cooked through, I sliced up some potatoes keeping the skins on put them in a bag with 2 teaspoons of oil using Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb spice then smushed the oil and spice coating the potatoes then put them in the air fryer on 400 for about 18 to 20 minutes…Delicious
When I first got my air fryer it stayed in the ox for a year. Then the pandemic hit and I was home with my son feeding him and my husband lunch every day. I started using it for chicken nuggets, corn dogs, fries and such. Eventually I discovered all the things I could do and I upgraded to one with 2 separate baskets so I can cook entire meals. Really saved me on the really hot days since it doesn't heat my kitchen, which doesn't have AC.
I have done fried green tomatoes in the air fryer…I use panko instead of corn meal…and buttermilk…. oh so good and not falling apart or greasy…by the way I love watching you and the guys…my favorite is Gracie Lou. 😊💙
I'm purchasing my first air fryer soon, so thx. For the tips. Elote is corn in Spanish, so when you make your corn add that to your butter. Also I have the same gloves. Put rubber bands around your wrist so they stay put. Enjoy watching you and your hubby.😊
What a coincidence you having an Air Fryer video today. I just bought my very first one yesterday. An older model - not digital but I will be making your recipes. I just got an air fryer a couple of days ago. It is a Cosori. I used it to re-heat some potatoes and baked chicken (it turned out great) but I haven't cooked anything yet. I will probably cook chicken wings or maybe a piece of salmon I have. I like to make mini pizzas using Naan bread so I may try that soon as well. You and Steven are so cute. You can tell you have a great relationship.
Mandy- have you ever had some epic fails with the meals and Stephen said “no thank you “ ? Those would be some funny moments to show. Use your recipes all the time. Thank you!!

I recommend getting a Cosori air fryer 5.8 quart size. The newest one is called a Dual Blaze with a top and bottom heating elements, so it cooks on both sides simultaneously so no flipping or tossing required. 👍 You will love it!
Thx for air fryer recipes. If u have more. That would be great. I have only cooked French fries. And whole chickens in my air fryer. Mine has a rotisserie in it. Thx Mandy.
😊😊😊... My range went on the fritz, so for dinner that night I made egg rolls (not frozen😊) I was skeptical... but they were fabulous... My first Ai fryer recipe was Baked Potato, Green Beans, Steak, Chicken Wings , Bacon. So many things are delicious.. I have a air fryer oven which bakes, broils, air fries, dehydrates, toast, does pizza, does wings, I love it. Happy New Year, love Stevens glasses.
Y’all are so darn entertaining I’ve been trying some your recipes and have really enjoyed them. With that said, even if I had no interest in your recipes, I’d still watch your videos just for the entertainment value, that and Miss Gracie Lou 💕😻😋💐
I..we.. LOVE your air fryer chicken leg recipe!! My first thing in air fryer was French fries! Of course it sat in my freezer room for a year..it was gifted to me and I was like great…another gadget…now it has a permanent home in my kitchen!
Mac & Cheese in the air fryer was my first thing. I love Mac & Cheese and this way takes it over the top. Then I fried shrimp and so on. It's so much fun the things an air fryer can do. Thank you. Be safe and Blessings to you
I make asparagus just like you made the green beans, love it. Especially with the parmesan cheese getting crispy. Also, we made the chicken wings for new years and they were delicious. We are not big wing fans but my whole family enjoyed them.
Like you and the rest of the world, the first thing I made in my Cosori air fryer was french fries. However, one of my favorites things to make in the air fryer is Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets. It's so good.
I love stuffing wonton wrappers with some cream cheese, green onions, Tony Chacheries and air crying. Soooo good! I've also used apple pie filling in them and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Those were amazing too!
My air fryer/grill arrived today! Going to use it tomorrow. I'm a 75 year old woman, living on my own in France, just diagnosed wit diabetes and need to eat better. Your vlog is great and I'm going to try some of these. Jo in France 🇫🇷
God bless you! A few suggestions that may help: Fiber before your meal Avoid processed foods Use good fats! You probably know all this already! Also, research Berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, okra, bitter melon supplements 🙏🙏🙏
This was the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had! My daughter, not a big fan of corn loved it & asked me to always make it this way. Can’t wait to have it again!
I love my air fryer. I have 2, one kinda like yours and one with square basket. I love them both. First thing I cooked was fried and breaded chicken patties.
I don't own a air fryer but my birthday is in June and my son is going to get one so we will be checking which brand is best to buy. I love how you explained the foods you are making and they seem so easy. I enjoyed seeing your family enjoying the food. Everything looks so delicious. I look forward to more videos from you.
I just cooked some broccoli and cauliflower in my air fryer before watching this! Baked potatoes (sweet or regular) come out perfect every time in the air fryer.
We make a 5 minute dinner or lunch with air fryer green beans. We use microwave coconut rice, green beans and a fried egg fried in chili oil. I season my green beans with garlic powder and Japanese bbq sauce. Serve layering rice then green beans and egg with runny yolk. Top with chili crisp, kewpie mayo and more Japanese bbq. Sooooo good!!! And takes 5 minutes. If you need more bulk, use more rice or 2 eggs, rotisserie chicken.
I haven’t tried your recipes yet, but I’m excited to try the turkey burger & Brussel sprouts & corn 🌽 I agree, your husband is a good addition to your presentation 😃 Thank you 😊
I got my Airfryer in December of 2023. I used it for just about everything. Then in march of last year there was a big recall on the Cosori 5.8 Airfryer because of some had started on fire but mine didn't do that so I went and did the recall and Cosori up grated my new Airfryer to the Cosori Pro ll it has a shake reminder on it. I received it yesterday and works just like the same one i had before. My favorite stuff to cook is brats and cut up mini potatoes. I also cooked pizza rolls, personal pan pizza, hot pocket and some hashrounds. Thanks for sharing your video's I enjoyed watching them.
Use the air fryer paper liners when making the pizza. Build it on the paper and lift into the air fryer. Makes it so much easier to get in and out
If you don't have the liner, use a piece of parchment paper.
"Chice", it's a good word! :)

Have you used the dehydrator function yet? I’m super curious
A friend taught me to season and mix turkey burger the day b4. Made a huge difference.
All these recipes look amazing! I can’t wait to try them. This was an awesome video!
Thank you for the delicious air fryer recipes.❤
Y’all are so darn entertaining I’ve been trying some your recipes and have really enjoyed them. With that said, even if I had no interest in your recipes, I’d still watch your videos just for the entertainment value, that and Miss Gracie Lou 💕😻😋💐
I..we.. LOVE your air fryer chicken leg recipe!! My first thing in air fryer was French fries! Of course it sat in my freezer room for a year..it was gifted to me and I was like great…another gadget…now it has a permanent home in my kitchen!
I have the two pack silicone reusable air fryer basket liner with silicone tray and attached handles from Amazon. Definite game changer!
Mac & Cheese in the air fryer was my first thing. I love Mac & Cheese and this way takes it over the top. Then I fried shrimp and so on. It's so much fun the things an air fryer can do. Thank you. Be safe and Blessings to you
I love the green beans. Been doing that for months now and my preferred way to cook them. I use the bagged ones from the produce section
Oh! That’s smart!
Salmon in the air fryer is perfect!
Love your channel❤️
I make asparagus just like you made the green beans, love it. Especially with the parmesan cheese getting crispy. Also, we made the chicken wings for new years and they were delicious. We are not big wing fans but my whole family enjoyed them.
Fully agree, I have done mine that way in the oven for years before I got an air fryer.
me too!!!! i was going to pressure cook or steam some and thought..."wait a minute" some spices spray oil and parm and my family couldn't get enough
I was wondering about asparagus... Same temp & time?
@@deannakirk9032 air fryers are different but basically the same time and temp. Watch it the first time and adjust as needed.
Like you and the rest of the world, the first thing I made in my Cosori air fryer was french fries. However, one of my favorites things to make in the air fryer is Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets. It's so good.
You made me cackle when you chucked the turkey burger in 😂
I love stuffing wonton wrappers with some cream cheese, green onions, Tony Chacheries and air crying. Soooo good! I've also used apple pie filling in them and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Those were amazing too!
It is “Ay-LOW-tay” (like Day-Low-Day), which is the street snack corn on the cob with mayo and spices on it. Yum!
My first time cooking French toast in the air fryer. I have done a pork loin in the air fryer.
My air fryer/grill arrived today! Going to use it tomorrow. I'm a 75 year old woman, living on my own in France, just diagnosed wit diabetes and need to eat better. Your vlog is great and I'm going to try some of these. Jo in France 🇫🇷
God bless you! A few suggestions that may help:
Fiber before your meal
Avoid processed foods
Use good fats!
You probably know all this already!
Also, research Berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, okra, bitter melon supplements
🙏🙏🙏
This was the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had! My daughter, not a big fan of corn loved it & asked me to always make it this way. Can’t wait to have it again!
I love my air fryer. I have 2, one kinda like yours and one with square basket. I love them both.
First thing I cooked was fried and breaded chicken patties.
I'm so glad you did this video, because I need to use my airfryer more often, you gave great ideals ! ❤
I go by the 3 second rule. All the recipes look so awesome. Great ideas.
Tortilla wrap pizzas my first and keep going back for more weekly but you opened up some new things for me to do 65 yrs old and do the cooking here!!!
New subscriber here! Loved the video! You have such a down-to-earth and calming way of demonstrating your recipes. Lovely family as well.
Thank you so much for the green bean idea. They turned out amazing. I added a pinch of red pepper flakes to mine. It turned out perfect.
I love to make baked potatoes in the air fryer. They turn out fluffy every time!😊♥️
We make a 5 minute dinner or lunch with air fryer green beans.
On the corn next time try it with mayo and Tajin after cooking it is amazing
Next time....sprinkle parmesan cheese & mexican creama on the corn....yummy
Always the best recipes for any and all occasions.
I got an air fryer for Christmas. I’m just beginning to play with it. Your timing is perfect. Thanks Mandy!
Mandy when I use these gloves I put a rubber band around them at my wrist and they stay in place and make them much easier to use. Love your videos!
I haven’t tried your recipes yet, but I’m excited to try the turkey burger & Brussel sprouts & corn 🌽 I agree, your husband is a good addition to your presentation 😃
Thank you 😊
I got my Airfryer in December of 2023. I used it for just about everything. Then in march of last year there was a big recall on the Cosori 5.8 Airfryer because of some had started on fire but mine didn't do that so I went and did the recall and Cosori up grated my new Airfryer to the
Cosori Pro ll it has a shake reminder on it. I received it yesterday and works just like the same one i had before.
My favorite stuff to cook is brats and cut up mini potatoes. I also cooked pizza rolls, personal pan pizza, hot pocket and some hashrounds.
