Lol punish the gas station, the cops won't chase them but a gas station employee is supposed to chase these kids off for minimum wage and go back to that same store daily. No wonder my smaller city in sq ft actually has a larger population
Great idea going after the gas station owners. Next, make surprise visits to properties where the bikes are stored and CONFISCATE THE BIKES FOR 30 DAYS. Make them pay a hefty fine to get it back.
