It's a glitch. If you swipe fast enough and hit enter the upgrade will be bought. Since you have a negative cash balance the game will let you buy anything. Might seem like cheating but technicaly the game lets you do it without entering codes or changing config files so it's a legal speedrun move.
I think your car launches better of the atart at half of max rpm or below, i saw it in a loading screen tip (exept with awd/4wd cars.) And isn't it faster not to have all the strength upgrades since it reduces acceleration?

@@NVinsibleтем более для тех, кто не признают баги в играх для спидранна, специально создают отдельную категорию без глитчей, во флатауте я не чекал есть ли эта категория, но она есть в большинстве играх, и честно говоря, без глитчей в большинстве случаев мне бы было не интересно смотреть, как минимум потому что спидран может растянуться как на пару десятков минут, так и на пару часов, я уже 3 раза выспаться успею за это время, а юзание багов и глитчей дает новые взгляды на игру, поэтому я не вижу смысла говорить «ну так а если без них…»

You can use a money code in the game, I don't remember the code, it's "GIVECASH" I think.

If you don't want the minus money glitch in a speedrun search for Flatout 2 speedrun Any% glitchless
It’s a glitch which you can do without entering the code. So everything here is legal. Like it’s Any% which allows you to do glitches after all.
