What if the Irish Easter rising succeeded
What if McArthur instead of accepting his resignation from command, took loyal US soldiers and marched on Washington D.C. and overthrew the federal government? (i know its not realistic but i think it'd be funny to think of an American Junta directly after / during the end of the Korean War)

the idea of Sky Pirates reminds me of a book called Beyond the Deepwoods by Chris Riddell and Chris Stuart part of the Edge Chronicles that I read as a kid at school.
Imagine if airships similar to the Hindenburg persisted as the " Luxury Ocean Liners Of The Sky"!

Modern war ships are restricted by how high the radar can be and no ship can put a radar higher then a airship

What If the US/United States 🇺🇸 never nuked Japan 🇯🇵 in WW2
Tens of thousand American soldiers and Japanese soldiers & civilians would’ve died during the American landing of Japanese Homeland.
The war would be prolonged by another year at least, tens out thousands of Japanese, American, and Soviet soldiers would have died, Japan would probably have been carved up like Germany into occupation zones, thus having a North/South Japan situation, and the culture of the country would probably unrecognizable in the face of a much harsher demilitarization and "deimperialization" campaign, which might include the abolition of the monarchy.

With the mystique of the Air Pirates, other zeppelins might join them; towards the end of the war mechanics, facilities for creating hydrogen, etc. may be transported to Iceland. An almost independant country with hydro electric and hydro thermal power....needing new industry, such as Aluminum smelting and unofficial Zeppelin manufacturing....
