For answer your question and curious at 8.55 . imo , the man Yang Hyunsuk always receive reports on each artist's progress while carrying out training activities. You see, every time they practice, there is always someone filming them with their cellphone camera, so thats as a review material for Yang Hyunsuk how his Babymonster dance practice is progressing, then when he has time to visit the practice room he can also give an opinion on which parts he feels should be more details and updates are provided. he is a perfectionist. It's very rare to see him do this in front of the camera because in the past he wasn't always in his artist's videos like this, only in this babymonster era, cmiiw. I hope this answer your question.

Actually... YG's involvement in everything his artists does has been filmed a lot of times. From BIGBANG, 2NE1, WINNER, IKON, BLACKPINK and TREASURE and not just BABYMONSTER. I have seen him critique their performances sooooo many times already and have seen idols cry -- not because they were hurt but more like a feeling of "disappointment" on themselves because they cant do sing/dance properly.
His involvement is actually pretty commendable, same as JYP. As a former idol himself (the legendary SEO TAIJI and BOYS) he knows the ins and outs of Idol life. He is a perfectionist indeed.

Tbh I think its all perspective , Im sure they respect him and his opinion but I think from the outside looking in it can look a certain way.

RORA IS freshman,Ahyeon and RAMI junior in high school Rora must show respect to them in korea.
