    The interesting part is ive had feet issues on off which is temporarily fixed by doing sumo deadlift. At first I couldnt figure out why, but after watching the first exercise it got me thinking because during the deadlift i grip my feet hard to maintain balance (something not done with other exercises)

    Thank you!! I’ve had heel pain for months on and off. I was limping and could hardly walk from plantar fasciitis after playing Pickle ball yesterday…. I did the towel with breathing for almost 4 minutes because the pain was so intense, I felt immediate relief !!

      I've had double plantar fasciitis since mid May. This is the end of August. I would never in my wildest dreams play pickleball. Glad you reversed it.

    Hi, Deanna, and Quinn, I AM SEARCHING. Where is your video when you show to put pressure “between the toes”????? I want to share it with others and I cannot locate it. I also am looking forward to sharing it with my doctor.? My friends Mom has had already 3 toes removed. I was explaining how it could help with blocked circulation. I would love to share it with others, who could benefit from it.
    Thank you for sharing!!!!!❤❤

      Here are a couple videos. One is from their podcast, the other is from their interview with Walter Kells:

      Other then these videos, the class on this is located in our membership.
      Here is a quick lessen on what to do! Place your fingers between your toes while applying pressure into the webbing. If you can't reach your toes use the handle of a wooden spoon, or thin wooden dowel. Put enough pressure so you start to feel the pain, but not so much that you can't breathe comfortably. Hold for 3 minutes.
      Do this between all toes, and do the work daily.

    Can you post a video on how to release calves?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  Месяц назад +1

      Hi there! Watch this video. It's about flexibility, but it shows the calf position that will help release your calves. You can do the position all along the length of your calf if it needs it.
      You should also incorporate the foot work. Here's a video that explains what to do:

    I am wondering about ths biomechanics here. You describe most people pronating at the feet, which would implicate lengthening of the fascia, not so? I eould imagine supernators being very tight under the foot bridge as the high bridge pushes the foot into supination, I think. So for who. Is this release technique most suited? And would this be able to imprive or fix a mild cavovarus foot or is surgery the onlt way?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi there! This is suited to everyone whether they pronate or supinate. I would recommend trying Block Therapy first before surgery. It's best if we can avoid cutting into our tissue. Fascia is the tightest in the feet as it is furthest from our engine (diaphragm). Blocking and using proper breathing technique helps to melt through the fascia's grip.

    Hi I just found you yesterday. Suffer from Plantar fasciitis and tibialis posterior tendonitis. In agony...mobility is nil as the pain in the foot an the tendonitis is awful. Going to try these. Do you have a particular video with exercises for tibialis posterior tendonitis?

    Hi! Thank you for making this Chanel! Can I use a Yoga block for this exercise?

    • @rennads9573
      @rennads9573 8 месяцев назад

      I find it interesting that this question hasn’t been answered and every other has, probably don’t want to admit that there are cheaper blocks that will do the same thing.

    • @joe1071
      @joe1071 7 месяцев назад

      Yes! Lmao I was thinking the same thing and half expecting a response stating that “the density of our block is the right density and a yoga block is not” or some other proprietary excuse

    • @gaillefebvre8967
      @gaillefebvre8967 7 месяцев назад +2

      Hi, I’m thinking it’s the shape of the block that matters the most, it is not made square on the edges, which will not jab into your skin when doing the exercises. I’m just trying the exercises with a towel so far. 😁

    • @clarity-shot
      @clarity-shot 5 месяцев назад

      Yes! I made a block from a towel that I folded as instructed and wrapped with shipping tape like a belt. I think it’s better for me than the actual wood block, gentler on my bones!

    • @emilygeorge9567
      @emilygeorge9567 4 месяца назад

      I thought the same thing… but there truly is no comparison. The wooden block goes much deeper.

    I’ve been working on my feet and calves with your techniques! I feel like it’s helping. Is it normal to sometimes feel more pain for a while tho (upon waking up in the morning, not while doing exercise) ? Or am I going too hard if that’s the case?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  2 месяца назад +1

      If you can breathe comfortably while doing the work, you are not doing it too hard. Sometimes we can go through a moment in time where the pain may feel worse as we release deeper adhesions. Continue the work and it should resolve.

    so having your feet shoulder width is the wrong technique?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  8 месяцев назад +3

      The proper width is hip width apart not shoulder width apart. Line the feet up under the internal hip joint not the outer hip edges.

      Hi there! It does take some practice to become a conscious breather. You will notice a difference the more you incorporate it into your daily routine.
