The Character Of God: Overflowing With Loyal Love // Zac Page

Deeply affectionate, enduringly committed, and always acting generously towards others. With just one word, this is how God's character is described in Exodus 34:6. He is overflowing with loyal love (khesed or chesed).
This word is difficult to translate because of it's beauty and depth, yet it is essential to the entire storyline of scripture, from Abraham to Jesus to YOU! God loyally loves you even though you are completely unworthy, so that you can loyally love others who are completely unworthy!
