Another good video bud ! I appreciate the videos even if they blank! One of the key dif between us and the pros is time on the bank! That's 20lber is coming...maybe even a 30 👀

Great video pal.. one tip for you, if you want to listen that’s upto you 😂. when you find a bar like that, either fish behind it or infront of it it’s where the natural food will collect and a area the fish will constantly pass if in the areas. always worth remembering there’s absolutely no food in gravel but the silt is teaming with it plus it helps conceals your end tackle meaning they’ll feed more confident

    • @southcoastangler

Ofcourse I always listen to advice 👊🏼 that does make a lot of sense because I wash fishing in the middle of the gravel bar 🙈😅 that explains a lot! Cheers mate!

We didn’t do too well so tips from me wouldn’t be so helpful 😅 I’d say go there with an open mind but try to spend some time finding the fish.. take a walk around the lake and speak to people. You can also learn a lot from RUclips videos!

One thing you should try if your not confident spombing at distance is a solid bag I wouldn’t go much larger an a medium bag max but you’ll be able to get a rig and some bait at a distance.

Spill all that oil on your peg and you will have rat city come dark , brasenose is a runswater not the hardest of waters ? There all in the middle and not on bottom shittin themselves because it's always rammed full ! Best approach is instead of promoting other people's baits use 2mm and 4mm pellets in a bag with a small hook bait usually 8-10mm balanced very light and they suck it up my mistake ! I normally use a 10mm dumbell wafter goes with the pellet just 👌 or zigs.

Why why why do people insist on spodding out bait when the fish see it all day long and you have not had a bite anyway ,try fishing for just one fish and enough bait for one fish ,you can build your swim slowly if you're lucky enough to get a bite . Too much mainstream crap that tells you this and that , fish like a poor man and I bet things change for you ,too much bait on the wrong spot

    • @southcoastangler

@@southcoastangler , I rarely catch more than one fish in 24 hrs and probably twice a year have a really good bagging session,so chasing big hits is a mugs game, once I realized that things changed for me,one fish is better than none in my mind

Me and my mate done exactly that on b2 went for a quick overnighter everyone you spoke to almost sighed and then “won’t catch nout in 24 hours” he fished bags and had 2 25lb+ carp I was using the spod but 2 spods every 3/4 hours I only had 1 24lb carp. I think if you have a few days then yeah spod a big bed and wait for them to turn up if not fish for a bite try nick a fish.
