One of Dr Joe Dispenza's meditations is this. To gently squeeze the sacral area with the muscles in the area while inhaling imagining you are bringing energy up all the way to the pineal gland. Once at the pineal gland consciously hold it there for several seconds, then exhale, release & relax & then repeat. Many people who follow his instructions heal from serious illness.

@yah5395 just look up any farmer's almanac online, it gives when the moon is in the sign of your birth. On top of this you can pump the oil back up the spine using a breath technique, pushing CSF against the pineal gland (it has crystals in it that are piezo in construction, physical distortion causes an electric output). More info is in Dr Joe Dispenza's book becoming supernatural also it's explained in there about the breathing technique, he has guided meditations also that explain this technique and protocol to transmute the oil which leads eventually to enlightenment. God knows, I didn't know anything about this, but turned to meditation as a way to cure my lingering mild depression and started with Dr Joe's protocol, worked for me at least....
Nowadays I just try to follow the 2.5 day rule to ensure the oil is not spoiled - no more meditation for me, the thylamic gate was WIDE open and I was certainly noticing many many many things...."what they teach you is useful, but just because one solution solves a problem, doesn't mean it has to be the only solution"....

As the material indicates, it's during the time the Moon traverses our ☀️ sign the oil(Christos) activates the seed germ during this period. So I would say; Follow your chosen System and apply the sign to which your born under, using the preferred System.
In addition, I do follow the rising and or the Ascendant for Astrological purposes. Not for this particular teaching but for observance. Why?
Our Ascendant is the sign at the Horizon at the moment of birth. This is primarily how our environment/others, perceive/receive our energy. How we seemingly project in the world.
If I were in the Southern Hemisphere & or Eastern 🌍, chances are I would follow Vedic. This position may or may not be accurate however, this is what I've come to understand.

@@borodel619 Google "moon phase calendar" to find a website that lists when the moon enters, then leaves, each sun sign (Leo, Capricorn, etc.) for each month of the year. It changes every month. If you know the time and date of your birth, an astrologist can tell you what your "sun sign" is (if you don't know already). Hope this helps!!

People have got this Jesus and going to church and the Bible thing so wrong as the real reason has been lost over time. A church was designed back in the day to resonate vibrations from the hymns.
