The three songs on the EP that never made it to the album, including this, are some of their best songs ever and they don't get the recognition they deserve because these songs are amazing and show Ronnies true talent
Facts. Sorry for the late comment 5 years later haha. I definitely feel like Escape the Fate held Ronnie back on purpose, probably at the fact that they knew the band would be "Ronnie and the other guys", the guy is just godly when it comes to music. Even to this day releasing music that just blows everything else he made out of the park. He's amazing
@@NickJ7903 Ye, but i personally think that the ETF was a perfect match for Ronnie. I also think that falling in reverse is a perfect group but is like the 2 groups are just like differents matchs ( i place ETF at the same level that FIR) of Ronnie's part that will always be great
Justin N For me it's more of both except the great friends there's only one friend who I still talk to she's been with me (plutonically speaking) through it all
One of the best they had ever made. I miss Ronnie, he was much better than Craig! I think Ronnie has one of the most extraordinary voices on this planet! :)
November 2023. I used to listen to this song in middle school and high school all the time on my mp3 or iPod. Haven't listened to this song in 10+ years. Nostalgia hit like a ton of bricks. Excellent song and man, those were good Ole days of youth.
i knew this band 5 years ago, back when ronnie was in jail. It surprises me to see the comments between radke and mabbit. Very happy to see their fans growing higher..
Still listening to this shit in 2018! Falling in reverse & escape the fate now will never compare to what this band was then. The passion isn't there so much anymore. Though I will ALWAYS love Ronnie Radke! ♡
My friend died on the 1st May and this was our song. It reminds me of him.. I have it on repeat right now and it's making me cry ): . i hate it when people i love die. He didn't need to kill himself.
i used to love until my heart was lost in a sea of pain and agany my love for poeple is very limitled and this song represents the ransom that was written when the ink was spilled to my heart. while shes keeps writing this book ive already put the pen down. theres a time for love and a time for pain.
wow, ten years later and I'm just now finding out he said "i followed streetlights til i would up at your place". I always thought it was GRAVE, not PLACE. oops. i guess my head just went there because GRAVE is a bit closer to rhyming with AWAY (previous line).
@ToonLinkTink Agreed... even though Ronnie is on of my favorite musicians around still glad to hear that.... alot of people seem to forget there a band... and bands work as teams....
@bubblyybutt Listen up was recorded with escape the fate when ronnie was 18 and he wrote it when he was 16. FIR just needed as song to start them off with
He was much more gothic and horror oriented. After he went to prison and got his life sorted out, he got a therapist and all his problems (causing this style and sound) were surfaced and revealed. He fixed himself up and his songs became less dark as he did.
Early ETF was on a whole other plane of existence, I swear to god
Frl tho 😭

Ain't this the truth, Jesus

I like both Craig and Ronnie :). Both have done pretty well in their own music productions, all the best to them as all I can say :).
Just perfect.

He was much more gothic and horror oriented. After he went to prison and got his life sorted out, he got a therapist and all his problems (causing this style and sound) were surfaced and revealed. He fixed himself up and his songs became less dark as he did.
