You remind me so much of Jess, you have a passion for growing, gardening, and family. Don’t ever limit yourself, always believe in yourself and your ability to do what you set your mind to. You and Nate are doing a great job with farm and it’s good to see him allot more in the videos. He has a great personality and does a great job with the camera. Our house is the same lol. 7pm bedtime because they getting up at the crack of dawn no matter what 😂. My 8 year old just graduated to 8pm bedtime lol. They have always been happier with that sleep pattern
My Great Pyrenees does the same thing. He's an old boy, and his sister has already passed away, so one of these days he really will be gone, but I have to check almost every day.

if you dont cut your clematis back, it will be twice as big the next year. the vines look dead, but they are dormant and new growth will start in the spring. mine is coming back now and its beautiful.

My kids (7 and almost 3) go to bed at 7:30 and 6 because they wake up at 6am. We're going back to the office soon so they will be getting up at 430am so we can shuffle them to grandma's house before school.

Asparagus note; best to wait until year 3 to get the best harvest. Let them grow and fern out, they’ll seed themselves and you’ll have more next year. Then cut the ferns back after they die. I had a stalk this morning in my garden with my coffee. It was soooo delish! And juicy!!

Writing a book is like giving birth. Its your baby and its getting ready to come out . It is a part of you just as much as a child is. You CAN do this. Praying for an easy delivery 🙏
Kohlrabi peeled and sliced thing and roasted with oil and salt and pepper is delicious… it was one of my greens hating toddler picked out at the farmers market wanted years ago, I had to talk to the farmer to find out how to cook it 😅 and to this day it’s still one of her favs ❤️

Our boys are up at 630 every morning too. So they’re in bed by 7:30 every night! We relaxed a bit in the summer but not much. In the summer we eat around 3-4 so we can garden in the evening and hit the beach!

Yep - had the "OMG is my dog dead" thing last week. 60 deg, sunny day with nice breeze. I start screaming her name - nothing. Of course she was perfectly fine/happy. Damn. I had to sit down for 20 minutes to unscramble my brain.
We are early eaters too. By 5:30 we are starving 🤣🤣
Right! Sometimes it's bad because I want to eat again around 9:30/bedtime 😂
@@WhisperingWillowFarm same. I had to give myself a curfew. No eating after 7:00 cause the pantry was my friend at 9:30/10:00 🤦🏻♀️
