Why was it that the rain water has bound nitrogen? Because of the interaction with lightning? How does that work? Also, didn't the worms bring all that mulch into your ditch under the boards below the step by the tire pond? I thought I saw that in another video (with Geoff Lawton) from a few years ago. The reason you have so many worms and good soil growing under your mulch is because of the mycorrhyzal fungi that is growing under it. Worms eat that mycorrhyzal fungi. And both are great for the garden fertility.

Btw be careful with adding tires to the landscape, they leach chemicals into the surrounding soil. Toxic around food.
