I was surprised to hear this from a teacher: time stamped 3:08....she did say "how I can make this fun for ME and for the kids". I guess it's all about her and not really the kids.
I thank you for your response and the time to put out your thoughts.
It's about the kids hence she mentioned "and for the kids.". Though if she has a good time on top of helping to educate and make the atmosphere enjoyable for the kids, she realizes her dedication and passion may heighten because of such.
When you love what you do, and have fun on top of that, it can greatly benefit all involved - including the educator who can bloom out more in the teaching abilities.
