I wonder why not use a phone in a traffic jam. You're not going to make the traffic jam go by any faster by not using it at all. Better to pass time on the phone than be frustrated from the traffic jam, isn't it? Although hearing your very diverse vocabulary, I don't think I even need to make this comment.
:)) the law is simple, while you are behind the steering wheel you are not allowed to use the phone. They tried and it was proved that most of the people after they get out of the traffic jam they tend to hold on to the phone and carry on commenting on facebook, sending text messages or do whatever they were doing on their phones. Regarding my language, I'm trying to chill out more and not get affected by this everyday occurrences but sometimes is hard:)
@@XRayBiKes I know this part of a law. I also know that the law forbids most drugs too and yet so many people have tried them at least once and some take them regularly. Does that mean we should wipe drugs off the Earth? Not that I'd have anything against it. But nevermind that. If you yell at people when they did something bad, it's your right and by all means go ahead. But in this situation nobody of them is hurting anybody and yelling at them, because "they might continue in this later" is just as absurd as the fee we have to pay for purchase of any electronic device, because "we may be able to do piracy on them". It comes out as selfish and arrogant.
@@poryg5350 you honestly don't believe that a lot of people were hurt because others left the traffic jam and still used the phone? Even if you just bump a little bit the car in front of you while you are in a traffic jam could have a major impact on peoples life, like their car needs to stay 1-2 weeks in service and they need to get to work to pay the bills, pick up the kids from school, put food on the table ( a lot of people live in areas and their only means of transport is the car) or possibly hurt them even from a small bump.... Like I said it is proven that most of the drivers won't put the phone down when the traffic clears, the law might be a little bit to strict but guess what, the people continuing using the phone after the traffic clears pushed the government to result in these strict measures..... But thanks for understanding why I yell :))
@@XRayBiKes I never said I didn't believe that. Even pedestrians die, because they have their heads inside their phones instead of looking at the roads. I only said, do whatever you want when you see them do it in situations that really could threaten people's lives. Doing even 30 km/h with a phone in hand is unacceptable. Or when they're in front of the green light and blocking traffic. But you acted up, because people had a phone in their hand, even though they paid enough attention not to bump the car in front of them... In a traffic jam of all places, where if I'm standing still, there's really nothing better to do than check my phone as long as I watch the road when I'm moving forward. Staring at the car in front all the time is either sleep inducing, or annoying, depending on your character. So I can understand using a phone in this situation.
