I was try to install Miui 12.0.11 global via fastboot ( mi flash tools ) the erorr message is "no such file directonry" even via flash all.bat ,but , in view second the windows "flash all" closed and nothing happen
I had flashed dotos5.1 earlier. When tried to flash MIUI global, tool shows flash success in just 1 second and the phone doesn't restart automatically. When force restarted, booted back into dotos. What am I doing wrong?

try another version of mi flash tool copy rom folder to main HD partition, not to be in sub folder rename the rom folder and make it short then give a try
