Your video was so good. You go slow and you really explain a lot and I appreciate it. It helped me and my 13 year-old daughter put together our machine last night. Any chance you have a video loading new filament for the first time? I haven’t found any for this particular machine.
So sorry, I am SO BEHIND on setup videos. Setting up the A1 was meant to be filmed weeks ago. I will try to shoot that do that this week. To help keep this channel going, Consider a Super Thanks, or becoming a member. :)
Thanks for the informative video. I have a question hopefully you’ll be able answer. I have purchased the Bamboo A1 combo which includes the ANS. I also have the A1 Mini. Is possible to use the same AMS on the Mini? Or, do I have purchase another AMS to use on the Mini?
I own a Sovol sv06 and was looking a Bambu printer. Would you suggest the p1p or a1 for mainly PLA. I cannot afford the P1S and won't be printing exotic filaments. I could also get the A1 mini with AMS, but I am worried about the build plate size. What would you suggest?
@@3DRundown Thank you. Have you compared the A1 print quality vs P1P? Is the maintenance much more difficult on the core xy vs a bed slinger? Do you think the price of the P1P with the 2 year anniversary sale is worth it would you suggest something else?
I have a p1s and it has a problem with the head unit. looking at the wiki it could be one of many issues that could mean taking the head part to start fault finding. All fiddly stuff in an enclosed space. I have also had lots of failures with the AMS. How is the repairability of the A1 combo compared to the P series, With the main unit and the AMS.
P1S is endlessly superior to the A1. Get her fixed up. The Tool head isn't so scary once you get into it. Move it center forward, to work on it. My 2 AMS have had no failures. What's going on with all the failure on yours?
@@3DRundown endlessly? Not even close. If you print pla A1 is simply better. Flow calibration, easy nozzle swaps, single gear extruder, no vfas, longer melt zone, less purge and larger usable print area, much better screen, all of that with the same real life print speed.
@@3DRundown They usually break but watching a video a guy suggested if done with a filament, extract it and then put it in a dry box if not using it for a long time. it might be a month or 2 since I used the p1s so that seems good advice. It also means I can change the colours of my prints as I usually just end up using the same 4 colours for all prints.
God no. I've never seen even a hint of VFA on a P1S/P1P, bed slingers are a liability with tall models. Also, the AMS Lite... The OG AMS is a tank, and enclosed. This thing is.... not.
The total should be 12 screws though, 10 with the bed to on side and two with bed on the opposite side. At least that’s the amount of screws I have on mine
It took me 2 years to even get a reply from them, but, I'm pleased to say, they have since been communicating kindly and supportive. Very happy about that. However, I certainly, don't yet have the attention of their social media dept, however,. as I create content, tag them, and connect with my Rep, hopefully those relationships will develop. I certainly welcome that. Be sure to mention me on their socials. :)

Glad you gave the answer up-front on the rotating table, I was just about to ask! Your Mom is the best!!!
😂😂😂 I get asked about it every time!

I have switched around my schedule, and am shooting the full setup, right now
I am shooting a full step by step setup, for you now
Always the best presentation .
For the AMS keep more forward of the A1 printer so the tubes do catch on it . 😎👍
Noted. 👍🏼👍🏼

The AMS Lite is compatible with both, but I would consider one for each. Switching it back and forth would be a royal pain
Do all of the A1 combo come with one makers kit ex. you comes with led lamp, or its just exclusive if you get it from bambu lab for review?
I got a box from Bambu that I haven't opened yet, but, this A1 is the same kit a user would get, so, it's looking like YES
@@3DRundown i just got mine and that space is empty

P1P, no contest

@@Orion_007x Get the A1, it has some improvements over the p1p and it's cheaper

I can double check it, but Mines been cranking every day....
Once again, your videos assume nothing. Bambu should include a link with all their printers. Fantastic instructions!
