All you need is oak and bricks, so it's easy to make even for survival!

Phew! It took a while but I finally compiled the list with all the required materials for this build:
• 529x [Stone] (8 stacks + 17) used for:
- 360x [Stone brick slab]
- 161x [Stone brick]
- 96x [Stone brick stairs]
- 15x [Chiseled stone brick]
- 15x [Stone stairs]
- 5x [Stone]
• 374x [Oak log] (5 stacks + 54) used for:
- 310x [Oak stairs]
- 255x [Oak plank]
- 115x [Oak log]
- 102x [Oak slab]
- 35x [Oak fence]
• 39x [Oak leaves]
• 4x [Hopper]
• 4x [Lantern]
• 1x [Lectern]
• 3x [Gray carpet]
• 1x [Green carpet]
• 2x [Sea pickle]
• 1x [Jungle trapdoor]
• 5x [Black dye]
• 1x [Yellow dye]
I did not account for the decorations from the end of the video (But I think it's just 5 more lanterns, 2 pots, 2 dead bushes and 4 oak leaves).
Please note that I calculated all the materials based on the video, I did not make this build yet (just like you I was searching for such list in the comments first :D), so the actual number of the materials MAY BE DIFFERENT! That being said, the roof materials were the hardest to count because of the speed-up of the video, but it should be //more or less// accurate.

I just finished this in survival, it’s amazing! Thank you.
However I used different materials for wood and roof (I used dark oak and dark prismarine)
S N acacia and dark prismarine also works as well
Just make sure it’s all stripped/planks

Completed in my survival Japanese world fits perfect next to my tori and my mega base!!
Used this tutorial for my friends birthday build (work got in the way of me celebrating with him and our other friends) very happy with the result.
Modified it a bit and converted it in my mine entrance

i used this style for my village center using the cherry grove as palette inspiration.
Just built this in survival. Didn't take that long but still very impressive

just a little constructive criticism!!! (if thats okay) as much as i love this build, mayhaps try to break apart the colors a bit more? like instead of fully oak for the bottom part, you can throw in a different kinds if wooden blocks in there too!

how do you attach a lantern to a hopper ?
Hold down SHIFT and SPACE at the same time to stay in place (if you're floating in creative mode) or just SHIFT if you're not in creative mode

Terraforming. I find filling in the holes to be faster, but sometimes I have to knock down a hill. Basically it's just moving dirt around.
