it is better to reload a bit with freeze rockets rather than continiously firing because of the freeze effect giving 20% damage buff for some time and after that if you reload a bit you can deal more damage in the next freeze effect.
Cryo's are clearly the more attainable option for 99.9% of players and tbh the difference in burst damage is negligible. They're clearly just as good imo.
@CodeRed1991 Probably yes but not for a while yet because they've only just been buffed. They did the same thing with radiation weapons and it took a long time before they nerfed those.
The bad thing is knowing that they have always been good, but now that content creators are using them, people think it's because of the recent adjustment and that makes them use them again.
Same as the magnetars, same old scam as ever! Great for those who already maxed them out years ago. Not so great for those who will grind hard to max them out just because of the buff, enjoy it for a little before the overwhelming wave of depression 😢
Should the weapons' projectile velocities also be taken into account? This could just be me but I feel like the Cryo rockets fly slower than UE Orkan's. I know the difference would be irrelevant at that range but I'm talking about 300-350 M

Another thing to note is I think UE Orkan has more splash damage, so it will be slightly easier to hit targets around corners. Also, UE Orkan only works up to 300m for some reason, while Cryo works up to 350m. If you’re fighting against UE orkan in a fast bot, you can outrange them and take them out.

UE ORKAN BECAUSE I LOVE ORKANS

Their sustained dps isn’t that bad actually, once you get charged you can continuously fire more freely.

Pixo will nerf cyros as soon as enought people invest in same weapons again. They did same thing with avalanche.

Personaly, I like cryo more now. Much more effective in most situations. UE orkans weren't that good to me if I'm being honest
