IT is simple method just download the correct version that is in ins means india u need to download INS file from SAM MOBILE website the file may be around 1.2GB (firmware file) After that u need to download odin 3.10 version and go to the download mode on sumsung on7 after that u need to put the mode in download mode and before u get started u need to extract the rar file(FIRMWARE) and insert the rar file in AP on odin and just Start it and wait till it says pass after u get pass also u should not remove the phone from pc just wait till phone gets reboot... then It is DONE!!!!
Guys it is only firmware change it is not for root i too checked All the steps for root but the root failed in sumsung on7

are you showed video you are installed 30th NOV 2015 INS firmware. I'm searched for SM-G6OOFZ firmware, but I'm not found anywhere. Try to search & correct information to the public.

try to type *#12580*369# & take a screenshot . upload that screenshot. are you getting regular updates. upload your mobile firmware configuration with the about phone software version details screenshot.
