Respected Admin, the uniform for girls is actually not "UNIFORM." Why are there two categories for girls' uniform? One is a modest look with long qameez with shalwar and sash, and the other one is the most lafantar look with pants and tucked in button shirt. What is the purpose of a uniform? The purpose is to not develop complexes among children, but here, you have deliberately developed complex. I talked to the vice principal of the school about it, and he said that so many parents objected to shalwar qameez for girls, so ISL admin has given both options to the parents. Like, seriously?? If you change your policies on parents' demands, then where is your own standard? You should make your own rules, and parents and children have to follow them instead of taking dictations from special kind of parents.
The sad part of this comment is the word used for the uniform. When you're using such a word, it reflects how you think about things. Wearing pants and dress shirts isn't at all lafantar. It looks very elegant and professional. And anybody who agrees to send his/her daughter to this school, must have a broader vision before deciding to send her there.
@mahnazmuizat3865 My point of view is why are there two different standards of uniform for girls? Why not for boys? Why is the school admin bothered to satisfy those parents who do not want their girls to dress up in shalwar qameez but still want their girls to study at ISL under their terms and conditions? As far as the trousers and buttoned shirts look very professional, it's everybody's own perspective to adopt what they like. The host should be mindful of the kind of people he invites. Perhaps out of class cover your head and go home.
Great podcast! Two of the three owners really sounded genuine. The chem teacher was trying to paint a picture of the kind of school he wants, which for me frankly looks more like the schools from Zia's rule. He talked about how religion should be enforced in schools(not in those exact words, but he implied it). Religion should be a choice, it shouldn't be enforced ever, that is how a society breeds extremism. Morality and religion aren't the same, please don't use them as one.
Morality comes from religion (the principles set by Quran and Seerah). True understanding and presentation of religion develops moral values and it is the responsibility of every human being to maintain high standards of morality in the society through their intellectual strength, and this should be the prime focus of our Education System.
Though the guests are brilliant but mostly siasi jawab when host ask tough questions. Yar bhai private school mafia hay jo baira gharaq kr raha hay kullun tamamun. And he is having hard times to just even eat normal.
Car parking and drop/ pick ups. Not going to watch the podcast as these people suck. I just want to highlight a petty issue that has become a major one now. We live in nearby society and trust me the most pathetic and useless reason to get late each day for office is just because of ISL poor management on how to manage those who come to drop or pick up their children. Even the adjacent Sector M is full of cars and thats too because of pathetic sense of parking. They should have given a proper route or designed a way for proper parking. Also should start a course for parents and their drivers on how to park the cars without blocking the roads for other commuters. I have also heard that its illegal to do any commercial activity in the area where the school is built.

Also discuss regarding higher level education i.e. Graduate Post Graduate PhD. Why no colleges equivalent to IITs, IISc (Indian Institute of Sciences), AIIMS etc. exist in Pakistan? Even if they exist are there enough of these colleges?
Bakwaas na krain aap thoray say parhay likhay log. Though though though u r doing good but why ur expression is so proud. Why you are not talking the elephant in the room. ????
If you're referring to Pakistan, firstly its not "over-religious". Secondly, if you're saying this in the sense that religion would inhibit the spread of education, then you would contradict the teachings of the religion, specifically in the case of Islam
@Muslim_Production In the case of Pakistan, he is 100% right. You should not be hesitant to admit the facts. Unfortunately, since 1977, Pakistan has become hostage by the mullahs. The power they gained during Zia will never end now. Pakistan has become a rigid mullha state since then. Otherwise, it was a progressive and moderate country. Now, Pakistanis, due to their extremism, think that they are the only tekhydar of islam and the real Muslim in the world. If possible, they would love to move kaaba to Pakistan.Even then you are in denial of being "over religious"

Failed to answer the basic question on co education. The owners are talking about “identity crises of pakistanis” and yet they themselves are confused. Lot of empty answers without any substance.
Great podcast
Do they have other branches in the Country?
Fun fact:
In islamic State which is the actula future of the World Destined By Allah:
Medical and Educational services will be under the state's responsibility and will be free.
Then these Private schools will be NATIONALISED and these school owners will be jobless and swearly under debt!!!
even in an islamic state you cant usurp the property of someone, private schools wont be nationalized bhai pata nahi ap ko ye idea kahan sey aya. The owners will be required to establish a halal education in their campus though (no free mixing wagera).
They way you portray ISL as such a Pak Daman School. 😂😂 (2)

@@mariamoin-bo4ip ummm, im assuming your son is in between 5-10 and you want him to get admission in primary isl, their primary branches are good enough but their fee structure is massive. Why no discussion regarding making Arabic a compulsary subject?? Dr. Israr had been crying out loud for so many years!
Sir shouldn't the education of deen and duniya both be a choice? You dont teach physics or econ to a kid studying in a madrassa so why should be that a kid studying physics should be also be obligated to study arabic.
@@mustafaahmad909Errr...because its the language of the quran? And I dont get the distinction between a madarsa and a school. There shouldn't be any distinction. A madarsa student ought to study physics as well

Isn’t Salman the guy who was a debate coach and used to tell the girls if you want to win the trophy go sleep with the judges. And now he is sitting here. The host should be mindful of the kind of people he invites. Instead he is saying his sister was asked to take off the hijab yes because it’s not part of a school uniform and before all you go crazy about this it’s an all girls school you don’t need a hijab in class.

True understanding and presentation of religion develops moral values and it is the responsibility of every human being to maintain high standards of morality in the society through their intellectual strength, and this should be the prime focus of our Education System.

yea that makes sense lol.
ISL is a liberal institute, I've been there on a sports event
OH MY GOD I SEE SIR SALMAN
Though the guests are brilliant but mostly siasi jawab when host ask tough questions. Yar bhai private school mafia hay jo baira gharaq kr raha hay kullun tamamun. And i belong family who some are parts to psa and what shit else. Lots to disagree with the guests and with daleel but still they are doing great surely. Just andho me kana raja sorry for the comment but i one of my family member being owner of a school, taught, checked papers, made exams, and what not and best example when it was raining and he put notice on board and walls “swim to school”. And he is having hard times to just even eat normal.
They owners more sound like as they running a Madrassa
It is the polar opposite 😂
The guy in the black sweater said if you're passionate about it.

Over Religious Countries Will Always Remain Backward.
Upto some extent,I am agreed
If you're referring to Pakistan, firstly its not "over-religious". Secondly, if you're saying this in the sense that religion would inhibit the spread of education, then you would contradict the teachings of the religion, specifically in the case of Islam
@Muslim_Production
In the case of Pakistan, he is 100% right.
What exactly does "over-religious"mean? So you mean we have to step out of the religious boundaries to become modern?
