- This video walks you through how to stage a house for sale. I share some home staging tips and if you are wondering how much home staging costs, well, I'll be giving you the budget-friendly version today.
There are many home staging ideas that you could select- style is subjective but I like to focus on creating a hero in the room and working my way around that. If you are wanting to sell your house, and you are considering staging your home for the sale, then I think you may find some helpful tips and tricks in the video.

Hi Marguerite! Great video! I loved everything you did! The only thing I would like to comment on is the fake flowers and plants versus real. Real flowers and plants are always better when they are fresh and beautiful. However, when vacant staging (where no one will be living in the home) occurs, this is not an option. They make some really beautiful faux flowers and plants now and they definitely help warm up a space and can look fantastic for photos and in person when used properly. Again, love your staging tips!
