Ick, the water at Destin used to be so crystal and clear years ago. Now it looks so green and full of algae in this video. Who would want to swim on that nasty beach 😢
Educate yourself, please. The water is still crystal blue at HIGH TIDE, which happens once a day. The water is also green (with no algae) at LOW TIDE, which also happens once per day. It’s not dirty, or gross. It’s Mother Nature.
@@ToDoInDestin you need to visit other destinations and diminish your ignorance. I have friends that go to Destin regularly and they report that It gets nastier every year. Just like Biloxi, Gulfport, and Pensacola were beautiful decades ago, now the algae has ruined those beaches. Same thing is now happening to Destin. You want to see beautiful beaches?!? Try Cabo San Lucas!!! That’s our go to beach. Destin sucks.
@@eyemright I'm extremely well traveled, was in Cabo last month, nowhere near as beautiful as Destin. There are no algae problems here, and definitely no "nasty beaches" - Sounds like you haven't been here in years either. It is just as beautiful as it was 30 years ago.
