Okay, so. What I've learned here is a big revelation. Everyone says that this patch is for a release 1.0 version of the game, but what if I were to tell you, that Static actually somehow got their hands on a nearly finished beta version? It's easy to make sure, actually. As you know, you can enable a cheat menu in this version of the game. When you enter it, you'll be met with a peculiar writing "Oct. 09"... Literally 2 months before the official release of Crash Bash. Childhood ruined, mind blown.
I still have this one and the debug menu has the same date
maybe a eurocom leak, like the sonic 2 simon wai , the beta was sold in south america in bootleg cartridges
I do not remember the history of that one, but we got insider in Sony cd manufactories, and we often got gold versions months before they come to shops. (time to press them, and distribute)

Cuando Compraba El Crash Bash En El Tianguis Y Cuando Llegaba A Casa Y Ponía El Disco En La PSone Salía Esa Intro Y Ya Solo Tenía Que Pulsar Circulo Para Iniciar El Juego
Recuerdo q cuando me salia eso me escondia bajo la mesa por miedo, esperando a que pasara, pero tenia q presionar un boton para quitarlo xd
JAJAJA yo me salía del cuarto donde me encontraba cuando iba a jugar Crash Bash y salía este intro. Hasta que me armaba de valor y me metía a apretar rápido círculo y me volvía a salir. Hasta que no escuchaba el "Craassshhh Bassshhh" no entraba al cuarto. Jajaja. Qué buenos recuerdos...

Creo que en general el crash bash de niño me daba miedo xd primero esta escena y luego el desafio de los niveles de hielo de noche, se escuchaba de mucho miedo la musica 🥹

Me encantaba jugarlo, pero verlo y escucharlo me perturba cuando era niño, era como un screamer odio ese conejo esa mirada de las mil yardas , siempre le bajaba el volumen o cambiaba de canal y apretaba botones a lo loco y para estar seguro de que ya no estuviera me esperaba unos minutos
Que bellos tiempos cuando la gente podia hackear los juegos de esta forma. La musica, la miniatura, el texto, todo.

Recuerdo que en vez de presionar circulo le daba al cuadrado y me cambiaba toda la gama de colores del juego a varios verdes, hasta que un día le di al círculo y quedé impactado con los colores reales de todo JAJAJAJA

Wow, after a long time of searching I finally found this soundtrack of a Spanish song. I thought I was the only one that knows this but apparently it seems like there are many others which is really good. Very interesting. Greetings from Saudi Arabia.
By the way, I see the song Serduszko Puka w Rytmie Chacha is the closest one to this theme but the interesting fact is that in this version there is major and minor but the original song was only ap. major scale After asking google

Good catch, I didn't even notice. That's indeed a bit odd. However, several cracktros of those I recorded already got the music credits wrong. It's not too unusual, I guess 🤷♀

Mystery solved 🙂 Static released a patch with the cracktro using the Crystal Hammer music a few months earlier and most likely just forgot to update the credits in the scroller for this patch. See ruclips.net/video/dEHsi8O1Kc4/видео.html for the other cracktro.

How did you run the crack on a emulator?, i tried to patch a UK ver. of Vanishing Point for PS1, but the MUPS crack is on .PSX extension.
When I rename .psx to .psexe I can drag&drop it to the DuckStation window and it starts playing.

Como dato curioso esta melodia es muy similar a la melodia de Maria Koterbska de 1962 llamada "Serduszko puka w rytmie cha-cha", con variaciones apartir del segundo 0:15 , sino escuchen por ustedes mismos les dejo el link ruclips.net/video/maqdqO9G9Rk/видео.html 😃 y en la melodia de ella apartir del segundo 20
E inclusive la traduccion al español de la melodia de Maria Koterbska, seria "El corazón late al ritmo de cha-cha" de origen polaco, que coincide con el mismo origen de idioma con el nombre del archivo que nos compartio ps1 cracktro historian, "kacza cza-cza" donde "cza-cza" es "cha-chá" y donde "kacza"quiza sea, un modismo de origen polaco, con significado refiriendose a un "pato bailador", quiza el autor del backup le agrado y se lo coloco, aunque si a mi me lo preguntan se escucha mejor esta version, aparte de que me trae recuerdos de mi infancia.. jeje.😃

Siempre crei que esa criatura era un patamon , fui con mi papá a cambiar el juego 3 veces porque cada vez que jugaba la pantalla se movia de arriba a abajo y mas tarde nos dimos cuenta que habia que leer 😂

Qué el Crash Bash (me dí cuenta que el PAL solo) no es la versión finalizada del juego, es una versión más antigua y sin lanzar del juego
what are the instructions to apply this patch in the game? I have the game in CUE+BIN but I don't know what to do
The .psexe file, found on demozoo (link in description), is the cracktro and not a patch. You can't use it to patch the ISO, but when you run it in an emulator, you can do the following:
1. Load the .psexe file, for example in the DuckStation emulator. In DuckStation, make sure to enable the "Pause On Start" option to avoid that the cracktro starts without ISO.
2. Use the "Change Disc" button to insert your ISO file.
3. Unpause the emulator.
This will start the cracktro and once you confirm it, usually by pressing the X or O button, it will then start the game using the inserted ISO.

Good point, November the 31st doesn't exist 😂 However, the .nfo file that comes with the patch says it's released on 11/31/2000, see demozoo.org/productions/169944/info/14849/
